Wow this place was way better than expected! All the food was amazing. It was right up there with Ruth Chris but at a fraction of the price. Would definitely go here again.

Let's be honest! Most hotel restaurants are overpriced, but let me tell you this. This restaurant is inside of the Hilton Garden Inn in Ogden, UT, it is a game changer. The food is well priced and affordable. The Chef for breakfast Bree and the Chef for Nights Overturn are amazing, they literally take the time to make your dish with love and treat you like family. I was shocked how delicious and fresh my food was. Joey, Andrea, Michelle, Jennifer, Cathy, Parker, and so many more names that i can't mention them all. This restaurant is really nice the ambiance is amazing and you can just relax and have a few drinks or a glass of wine in peace. All of the staff are just angels and really take the time to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. My favorite so far is the Fish & Chips and the Blackened Salmon Salad, the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake was also amazing, I really enjoyed how fresh it was and tasteful. I really am so happy that I found this little hidden gem of a restaurant. If you want some amazing and fresh colorful food, from some amazing chefs come by anytime for breakfast and or dinner, I have had both and they are wonderful experiences. Thank you, Chef Overturn & Chef Bree, and all the amazing and wonderful staff at the restaurant.

Most of the time, unless it's a really high-end hotel, most people do not consider eating at a hotel's restaurant. This one is different for sure. I was pleasantly surprised and I ended up eating here 3 times. I only ended up trying this restaurant because I was tired from my work day and didn't want to go out for dinner. My first night, I ordered crab cakes, a menagerie salad, and buffalo wings. The crab cakes were tasty, the buffalo wings were okay, but the menagerie salad with white pepper walnuts and cranberries was to die for. My second dinner a few nights later, I ordered the garlic and herb chicken as well as the menagerie salad for an appetizer. As always, the menagerie salad is awesome with the white pepper walnuts. The presentation of the chicken entree was beautiful. It's just something that you don't really expect from a restaurant inside a reasonably-priced hotel. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the bed of roasted red pepper potato was so yummy. My last night at the hotel, I was really tired so I went downstairs to the restaurant and ordered a menagerie salad (do you detect a trend here with the salad? :-) ) with the NY Steak cooked medium rare. I don't need to say anything more about the salad but the steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare perfection served on top of a roasted garlic potato with a loop of bacon. It was very satisfying and I went to bed a happy man. You can't lose if you are looking for a reasonably priced restaurant and you are too tired to go out for dinner. If you are not staying at the hotel, this restaurant is still worth paying a visit.

Went here recently on a date night based off of some Yelp reviews. We're glad we went! We split a salad for an appetizer, but didn't love the salad. It had craisins, walnuts, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Wish there were more walnuts and craisins. We also didn't love the dressing. Very tangy and mustardy flavor. For the entrees, I wanted to try the ribeye - but they were sold out. Bummer. I got a cheeseburger and it was good. The seasoned fries were really delicious! My wife got the garlic and herb chicken and it was delicious! The flavor, the crispy skin, the cheese stuff was incredible. Five stars for the chicken.

What a great find for a restaurant that's in a Hilton Hotel! The quality of their ingredients and food on the menu is so amazing and everything is cooked perfectly! I don't know what I expected but this place is soooooo wonderful! I'd definitely come in for a meal even if I wasn't staying here in the hotel!

Fantastic food! I was pleasantly surprised. I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and went downstairs for dinner. Started off with bread and some honey habanero butter. Had the garlic chicken for an entree which was amazing. My waitress, Andrea, was very lovely and brought out a macaroon with my check!

So I was looking for a lot of nice fancy restaurants to take my wife to for her birthday celebration considering we just moved here needed a little help from old faithful Yelp. Yelp helped me find this gem of a restaurant. Who would have thought this amazing place would be located in a Hilton of all places. This place is not we known which is awesome for me and my wife but it needs to be more known without a doubt. Service was amazing, zero wait time; amazing waiter who was from Idaho forgot his name but very awesome guy. The waiter made special drinks not even on the menu for my wife and complimented her with a surprise dessert at the end for her birthday. Everything was top notch at this place I would never have suspected an5 dinning experience at a hotel of all places.

    Surprisingly elegant!

Food: 5/5 Dessert (Bonus): 4/5…read moreService: 10/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Yall, run don't walk, this place is DELICIOUS. Husband and wife making traditional Bosnian food. We had the Old Bridge Platter, Cevapi, and Mućkalica. The Old Bridge platter had Dolma (in their case stuffed bell pepper), stuffed cabbage, shish kabob with different meats, homemade sausages, and a spinach/egg and cheese pastry. The ENTIRE PLATTER was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The pepper and cabbage were stuffed with ground meat and rice, it was nicely seasoned and the cabbage and pepper were nicely cooked. The dish kabob was grilled to perfection and had good flavor and the homemade sausages were also good. The spinach pastry was one of the best bites, just really good flavor on it. The Cevapi was their homemade sausages with their pita bread, really good. The Mućkalica tasted like a warm hug, just lightly spiced and super rich. The couple running the place, super sweet and not at all judgy if you have never been there or don't know what things are, the wife took time to explain to us the menu and answer any questions, super sweet couple. The dessert, the baklava and multi-layer cake. Baklava was as described, slightly softer than your typical baklava, similar flavors. The Multi-layer cake was the standout, the crust was the baklava filling but there was other whipped layers of cream, the flavor was perfectly sweet. And the turkish coffee, nice and strong and the give you a Turkish delight on the side the bite in between sips. Really good meal, wish they were open on Sundays, but we will be back next time we're in town.

A huge shoutout to Bowers, our server, who made the experience even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and was attentive throughout the evening without being overbearing. Our group sampled quite a bit of the menu, including the milk bread, octopus, bison tartare, cold-smoked elk loin, blue cheese potato chips, scallops, short ribs, and Whistling Springs trout. Everything was well prepared and flavorful, but a few dishes truly stole the show. The bison tartare, scallops, and cold-smoked elk loin were absolute standouts and some of the most memorable bites of the night. If you're looking for a place with excellent food, a relaxed atmosphere, and exceptional service, Bambara is definitely worth a visit. I'll be thinking about that tartare and those scallops for a while.

During our initial visit, I expressed disappointment directly to the staff as our meals (Bambara Breakfast) came out cold across the board. The potatoes were cold, the eggs were lukewarm, the sausage tasted old and dry, and the sourdough toast was cold and hard. It took a lot to get some attention, so I was extremely disappointed as I had ti get up and pull a manager to the side while not trying to make it a big deal. We were on a time constraint so this delay didn't help. I do appreciate that they were prompt to resolve, and when the new plate came out, it was as initially expected. On day 2, I decided to switch it up and go with the Florentine omelette with a Side of Crispy bacon. It was ok, but I was disappointed in the omelette overall as it was bland and overcooked On the 3rd day, I thought of doing the French toast, but then decided to stick to the staples for breakfast. The menu is always changing, so some of the things I was looking forward to were no longer available. After having a really good experience before, this time around was a bit of a letdown. I did appreciate how the services stepped up a notch, but the food didn't leave a memorable impression with us this time around.
