I called about it said I could return it and I did thinking it was simple mistake on someone covering the exp date and me not removing all the stickers prior to buying. The older woman who checked me out said "well it was on the sale rack" as in I should know better? I still didn't consider having a place sell jars of food that far out of date. With that statement and the tone of her voice I felt maybe the date was covered intentionally to be deceitful? I wasn't even upset about it but felt hostility from the worker for returning it. Not sure I will be back to shop here due to this negative exchange and really disappointed in something that was an easy fix.

There is also a garage, but I've never used it. You can usually find a spot. There are also usually a couple of food and beverage trucks and there are also some restaurants located in the square. All of the vendors are so nice and just walking around the square you can meet people out just enjoying the weather, the food and the people. You can spend an hour just enjoying the whole scene. There are several large produce booths every week, and a variety of smallest vendors that rotate. Besides produce, other vendors sell meat and eggs, baked goods, flowers, prepared meals, gourmet peanut butter, and arts and crafts. Whatever you're looking for, you'll find it at the market! The busiest hour of the day is 10am. I recommend arriving early to avoid the crowds and getting a parking space just off the square. If street parking is full, there is also a parking garage on Lytle street.
