I've confirmed that they mail the invoices LATE so that by the time they arrive in the mail they are past due. The available auto pay option is useless for companies that require invoice approval prior to payment. When I told customer service about the late billing issue they instructed me to send a request via email each month for a copy of our bill so we can get it on time. I did so, and unsurprisingly, they don't respond. We use several utility suppliers, all of which offer paperless billing and convenient online access to our accounts. SGVWC is the only exception.

Drop off was super easy- left my car around 9am and was able to pick it up at 1pm. I had just been camping and so I knew I had a decent amount of sediment inside. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. He identified the damage quickly, 2 leaks, and fixed both in the same day. I asked him to remove some additional debris from the water damage and help me access a water shut off valve in a wall, and he gladly helped with those too. He came and gave us an estimate, and it was cool that there is a discount for multiples of the same job. He came back the next day to do the work and he walked me thru everything he would be doing and how long it would take so I could plan around the water being off. Got it done sooner than he expected! After he left there was one place that I saw was dripping a teeny bit, I texted and he came back the next day, fixed it, no problem! Coincidentally we needed a backflow test so we had Alex out the following week and he was great too! He let us know that although we passed this year to be ready for next year being a problem, and we appreciate the heads up! The backflow test was $100 less that another place we used to use so we win! We will absolutely use Western again and would recommend them 100%!

This is a pretty small and rundown public library but it does hold some of the most popular books…read more The hours are a bit weird especially closing pretty early or being closed on most weekdays. Super friendly staff though and it was quiet when I was there. Books were organized and was easy to find the book that we were looking for. Also had to renew our library card and they easily took care of that. Books are rented for 3 weeks and apparently there is no late fees anymore though they ask you to please return the books. I will definitely come back here to check out more books!
