I've confirmed that they mail the invoices LATE so that by the time they arrive in the mail they are past due. The available auto pay option is useless for companies that require invoice approval prior to payment. When I told customer service about the late billing issue they instructed me to send a request via email each month for a copy of our bill so we can get it on time. I did so, and unsurprisingly, they don't respond. We use several utility suppliers, all of which offer paperless billing and convenient online access to our accounts. SGVWC is the only exception.

There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. But last night, on August 6th, I found that the bottom of the pool was leaking and the water flowed out of the cabinet. When I checked, I found that a tube of the filter was slowly dripping out little by little. I contacted them and sent them video messages, but they didn't reply to messages and calls. I called them again the next day, and a Chinese woman answered the phone. She said that there was a fee for door-to-door maintenance. I said that it was because your workers did not install it after changing the filter water, and the water was a little flow. If it didn't flow outside, it would not be found. She said it's been a month, because it didn't happen before, and they didn't tell me that there was a deadline. This Chinese woman's attitude is very unfriendly, saying that the machine is old and needs to be replaced with a new one. But the worker didn't say that he needed to replace it. Every time I replaced the filter, the worker would tell me that some of them needed to be replaced, but he didn't say it this time. Now if there is a problem, I will replace it with a new one. And this is because the workers didn't install it well when replacing the filter, so it started to drip. Then she told me that she was driving and it was inconvenient to talk. This is a pretty small and rundown public library but it does hold some of the most popular books…read more The hours are a bit weird especially closing pretty early or being closed on most weekdays. Super friendly staff though and it was quiet when I was there. Books were organized and was easy to find the book that we were looking for. Also had to renew our library card and they easily took care of that. Books are rented for 3 weeks and apparently there is no late fees anymore though they ask you to please return the books. I will definitely come back here to check out more books!

The toilet weighed nearly 100 lbs and the floor bolts were severely rusted. Kyle gracefully applied a discount to the overall package that helped soften the blow. The best part was the incredible timeline: he provided the estimate and got the entire job done the SAME DAY.
