They've been serving the Hayward community for years, and after my experience, I can definitely understand why. My Kia Soul had just come out of the repair shop after being there for 54 days due to vandalism, so the car really needed some extra attention. The team did an outstanding job. When they finished, my car looked almost brand new again. The paint was shining, the wheels and tires looked great, the windows were spotless, and they paid attention to all of the little details. They cleaned the car so well that I could actually see some of the small scratches and imperfections that had been hidden before. That tells you how thorough the job was. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, positive, professional, and you could tell they genuinely cared about the vehicle and the quality of their work. It didn't feel rushed or like I was just another car coming through. The atmosphere was also clean and comfortable, with seating where you can relax while your car is being taken care of. I'm attaching pictures because the results speak for themselves. If you're in Hayward, San Leandro, Union City, Fremont, or anywhere nearby, I highly recommend Hayward Car Wash. The problem is they have some inconsistent lazy workers that barely wipe down your car. So you pay but they don't do their job! It's the luck of the draw if you get someone good that day. I should have known better. The guy taking payment was rude and arrogant, and as I was driving away that's when I noticed so much dust on the dashboard, and many uncleaned areas inside. The only reason I didn't turn around was because I had my toddlers with me! And I'm mad I gave them a tip!! See my pictures- they didn't wipe down anything inside, didn't lift the mats, didn't clean the mats, literally the only thing I felt they did was vacuum....$30 FOR A VACUUM?!?!!!! Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place! Buy a good handheld vacuum and vacuum your car yourself and do your own wipe down, why? Shine Time cleaners the Gold package is $24.99 and is totally worth it! At least I don't wash my car very often but they do A LOT for what you pay. They do also offer simpler basic packages and a monthly unlimited wash package. The fancy car wash down the street is like 70.00 but they probably do detailing. I just need a quick maintenance clean up since my car isn't that dirty. With the gold package they pre-hand wash with soap and water, drive through the actual wash and then vacuum and wipe down the inside and outside of your car. The actual drive through wash is pretty thorough too! They don't stinge on the water. Life's little luxuries. I feel really happy after a clean car and a full tank of gas. Good value if you don't have the energy to clean your car yourself.

I paid double at the other spots and it was not as clean as this place. When you arrive, be careful though, you might miss this spot since it's located behind a gas station with small sign. Once you get there, you pick your package. I believe no.1 is $29.99 and no.2 is $39.99 ( including waxing and floor mats cleaning and etc) $10 extra charge for SUVs. Then you take the paper and pay inside. There are chairs to sit in that area and you can see they wash your car. Take about 15-20 mins if they are not busy. Definitely come back and make it my regular now!
