I received a bouquet for knee surgery from my daughter and son in law. I would hate to tell them but, what a bummer! Delivered Saturday the water was already foggy and by Monday the roses were wilted! It's time for you folks to up your game. This is, by far, the most egregious example of a replacement. I ordered the Bird of Paradise (2nd image) , but my wife received the other image (1st image). I am perplexed as to why FLOWERSHOPP.com would continue to operate with such a poor reputation. The Gift Factory should simply discontinue its operations. I am genuinely astounded by this situation. Received a flower delivery from a friend as I just lost my dog. These flowers look old and not symmetrical in shape. The 5 roses were all in 1 area and many of their tips look discolored and a bit wilted. Our children ordered a Christmas arrangement that ended up not being close to what they ordered. It is so frustrating to trust in online companies who arent delivering what you expected and paid for. In these days of sending photos by phone, where you can hold them accountable, you'd think this wouldn't happen. We would not recommend The Gift Factory Tampa Inc in Tampa, FL (PS, arrangement that was ordered had red roses, plain pine cones, red ball decorations & one large candle with evergreens. Really upsetting but bought a $49.99 arrangement in photo below and got what is in the other photos ( barely a value of $10 in flowers ). When I called "from you flowers" and discussed as this is their partner, they said they would await a fresh delivery of the flowers I ordered and deliver in the next few days. Well they delivered the exact same flowers just taller? I asked for a refund and happy to return to the store as I don't want them. They gave. 30% refund. So this is not a good company or partnership and now that I know where from you flowers is getting its supply. I'll never use them again. read more

This place sucks. Awful!!! I received flowers from my sister who upgraded to a premium choice of flowers. Was not inexpensive. Unfortunately this will not let me post a picture of what they were supposed to look like. Isn't that convenient. I would never spend a dime here. Wow - I'd give these people with a ZERO, if possible. I was home recovering from surgery and my sister wanted to do something nice for me. She ordered what she thought (according to the photos) was a beautiful wreath for Christmas. What I received was a "Dollar Tree" artificial wreath with some small plastic 1/2" bulbs and plastic pine cones stuck to it. Oh - I forgot - I think they fished a bow out of the trash and stuck it to the wreath as well. I am unable to post a picture of the Christmas Wreath represented on the "Tampa Gift Factory" Website for $59.99 (probably blocked from adding it to their review page). Let's not forget the added a $25.00 delivery fee. My sister's credit card was also hacked immediately after the sale, meaning THE GIFT FACTORY OF TAMPA, INC. are not only REALLy lousy florists, they don't have proper protection on their website for unsuspecting consumers who place orders with their company. read more

I placed this order a week in advance. DELIVERY... The GIFT FACTORY- TAMPA- delivered on a Saturday morning not Sunday and the message on the card was not even transcribed correctly. THE BOUQUET... The flowers that my sister received were snapdragons and 4 days later they were dead. The bouquet was nothing elaborate or added to... They mixed up my flowers with someone else's order. Although I called twice and left a message that I received an oder with someone else's name, I didn't get a call back. I ended up calling the other person who had my flowers. I took her arrangement to her house and got mine. It was both our birthday. Awful customer service. Ordered some flowers for my wife to be delivered that day on Flowers.com. delivery schedule shows that thay would be delivered that day. Later on that day I get a text that they attemped to deliver the flowers. My wife and I was watching tv in the family room, were we can see the front door about 20' away. No knock, no door bell, no video on the Ring door bell. No one tried to deliver anything. Then I get a text that the delivery was reschduled for the next day. Won't ever use them. The arrangement and the delivery was anything but satisfactory. The delivery person was seen on my ring door bell, talking on her phone, leaving the arrangement on the ground & walking back to her car despite the fact that I was home and answered the door immediately. The arrangement was put together in the ceramic bowl backwards, the cardinal emblem which should have been the front was now the back, the candles were too short and would have set the arrangement on fire if I lit them and the greens were dried out, needles continually falling off. After finally speaking to Louisa, the owner, she offered a monetary refund then changed to a new arrangement to be delivered on 12/23. Waited all day no delivery no call. On 12/24 contacted her again, now was told a new arrangement would come on 12/26. I told her forget it, I was not waiting around another day for a delivery and furthermore it was after the holiday. She kept blaming the 3rd party company, but it was her reputation at risk so she should have followed through and made it right. read more

I placed an order online for a congratulations bouquet, with a margarita glass as the vase, as well as, two balloons. I received a call, stating they didn't have the vase, but had a few for me to choose from. She sent the pictures of the other options via text, and I chose a nice alternative. I requested a picture of the flowers when she was done. The picture wasn't great, and showed one balloon, which said, "I love you". Since this was for my fiancé, the balloon wasn't a big deal, but I asked if the other balloon would say congratulations. I did not get a response. When my fiancé arrived home, I saw the other balloon said, "I like you", and the bouquet didn't have the flowers shown in the picture either. The card was supposed to be a congratulations card, but was only a plain white card, stating what I wrote. I have never been more disappointed in a flower order, and for the amount I was charged, the arrangement should have been MUCH nicer. After seeing some recent feedback, I will avoid using them in the future. read more

We didn't have a big wedding or a ceremony where friends and family were invited. But we did have a humble family get together in Tampa with dinner, photographer ( Serafina Photography) and flowers! Bouquet was exactly as I wanted, it was perfect! Once we arrived to the restaurant I saw the center pieces, and they were absolutely gorgeous! I sent a sympathy basket to a friend whose Father passed. This Gift Factory put a poinsettia as the plant inside the gift basket. Not only was it inappropriate, but extremely insensitive. 6 days after Christmas, no one wants a poinsettia. A Poinsettia is for a cheerful holiday event, Not a death. It looked RIDICULOUS in a gift basket with fruit for Sympathy. The picture of the basket on the website, that I ordered, has a small white plant in it...more appropriate for Sympathy. My friend ordered a large poinsettia basket, (which had a large price,) for me in sympathy for the loss of my husband. The basket arrived and it was horrible. The poinsettia had holes in the leaves, curled up leaves, dead leaves in the dirt. It was placed in a small white basket with a bow from the gift wrap section of Walmart. I'm sure the basket was from there too. The poinsettia was small, not at all like the picture she saw on line. Very disappointed. I order through a distant flower service online since i am not in the area for the delivery or I would use a local service and the distant service contracted with this crappy company and the never delivered the flowers when they said they would and had to wait 6 days from the day of supposedly delivery date after customer service kept contacting them for 2 days from the service company (the gift factory never took their calls or emails) did not deliver what was ordered a different style of flowers and different size I ordered the largest size the person received the smallest size different vase. And the card wasnt even included. They included a pamplet with the words cut off to the next line so it doesnt even read right very unprofessional business. read more

Have to say worse experience ever. Ordered flowers through FromYouFlowers.com they farmed out to The Gift Factory. Ordered a Premium Garden Dish, chocolates and 2 congratulations balloons. The person I shipped it too received: a small basket with 3 kinds of cheap flowers randomly put in, thinking of you balloon, good luck balloon and chocolate and the correct message. I called the florist and told them it was wrong and he told me he substituted because he didn't have the products I ordered and there was nothing he could do and hung up. I then Called the FromYouFlowers.com and told them the situation, they called The Gift Factory and the man told them he sent the Premium Garden dish, 2 Congrat Balloons and candy and blatantly lied to them and I told FromYouFlowers he lied and I have pictures to show what was sent. The company said they would put in another order for next day delivery and use a different Florist. Next day comes and they receive the same basket with small plants, correct balloons and chocolate from the same company. SMH Still it was not what I ordered. My bill was $102. Note: I will Always deal with a reputable local florist direct. read more
