This is the first year I have used ELFS Christmas Lights and I couldn't be more pleased…read more After contacting the owner, Efrain, he asked me what areas of the house I wanted lights on: In this case I selected the front eaves and around the door. He also let me select what color bulbs I wished to use. In my case I selected multi-color LED bulbs. Efrain then let me when he would be out as he had multiple houses to install. When he arrived we went over what areas his team would put lights on along with confirming the color I selected (he also had given me the option of white or candy cane which is white and red). But my wife and myself enjoy the multicolored lights. After we agreed on what would be done himself and his team got to work and were done about an hour later as my lighting request was pretty simple. He made sure I was happy with the work and showed me the mechanical timer he had used to control when the lights would turn on and off. He asked me to let him know if there were any issues and would reach out after the holidays on when they would come by to take down the lights. He also told me that I would have the option of storing the lights with ELFS Christmas lights or I could store them myself. I went to Landscape Lighting and said "I need one of these!" Jesse knew just what I needed and it was only $10! Even though my purchase was minimal, I was still treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I also love looking at their beautiful showroom. We already have some landscape lighting that shines down from a couple of trees and also some lights that shine up onto the house. Several of the lights are decades old and it is time to replace them. I came back two days later with hubby since he was the one to tackle the replacement project. Steven greeted us and showed us the lights that we needed. He even went back and turned off the lights in the showroom so we could see the brightness level. He went over how the replacements would be put in and we purchased 4 lights and the 4 bulbs are purchased separately. We had our Memorial Day weekend project in hand! I've got to say that this project of replacing the lights that shine on our house went so smoothly and they look great! I completed the request online and promptly received a text indicating they could view my home the following day between 11 AM and noon. I confirmed the appointment. After a light rain in the morning, I received a call around 10:30 AM indicating they were backed up due to the weather and they would be by my house at 1 PM. At about 2 PM They called and said someone could not be out until 3:00 PM. Considering they could not even arrive on time for an estimate, I could only imagine what delays and excuses I will receive if I decide to hire them to install lights. Therefore, after their inability to arrive on time, and attempt to extend the inspection twice I elected not to use their services.
