I popped in here for the first time ever and got a facial with Christina and I will 10/10 be back this place was heavenly. Disclaimer: the gravel parking lot right next to their business is NOT in fact their parking and part of the residential homes parking right next to them so make sure you allow lots of extra time for parking (esp if you're coming on a weekend with Abbott Kinney traffic). Anyways, I have used Osea skincare for years now as I try and prioritize non-toxic clean ingredients and everything ive tried to date is so luscious and I legit want to eat some of the products they smell so good. Anyways massage was tucked in a very small room but really not an issue given I'm just laying down but Christina did and amazing job, gave great recommendations based on my personal skin goals and I will absolutely be back to see her. Additional the vibe is so calm and peaceful and cutesy when you go back to the courtyard and you get to rest and relax there before and after treatments if you like. Having had acne prone skin in the past and a history of abrasive facials, I'm always a little apprehensive when it comes to getting them. But Naima changed all of that for me. Although I never had a facial prior to this, this experience exceeded all my hopes and expectations. Susie warmly greeted me the moment I entered the spa, which immediately put me at ease. She then brought me to the back patio to relax, sip on some lemon water, and get away from the busyness of life and L.A. After a few minutes, Viktoria arrived and brought me to my treatment room for my Cranial Wave facial. Viktoria is absolutely lovely, and she has such a calming and grounding presence! She listened to my skincare concerns and used a combination of readily available and spa-exclusive OSEA products to help address my dryness and blackheads. Viktoria also led me in some breathwork and massaged points of tension in my head, jaw, upper arms, etc. to help me release stress. After the facial, I was astounded by how soft, clear, and radiant my skin felt and looked! The most relaxing and amazing facial! Osea products are the best- All products used are natural so you don't need to worry about bad ingredients absorbing into your skin, and they really work. I got the 80min facial with the white algae mask; it helps with brightening and skin texture. It was my first time using this and my face is so refreshed! I was at the store June 15th at 3:40 PM. I drove 45 min to the store to get the face cream I love so much from the store. I am completely out, so thought I'd get it without ordering online and having to wait to get the cream. I arrived at the door, knocked on the locked door only to see the lady who's supposedly managing the store walking towards the back of the store, ignoring my knock. She surely heard me, but kept on walking. On the door it says lunch time, be back at 3:40Pm. I found it extremely rude to be ignored like such, let alone being a customer. Nothing makes sense with what the store is doing. Taking lunch not at lunch hours, ignoring customers and didn't come back to the post as said would on the post-it note. I can't simply wait around not knowing when the lady would come back and do her job. I had to leave without the product. It's extremely disappointing and a huge waste of time!! read more
