I went here for a Pedicure before a recent beach vacation. I don't regularly get my nails done, but after a long winter I thought I would try the eucalyptus & peppermint pedicure. It was fantastic! Service was fine. Nothing bad nothing great. My issue was that I had dipped manicure done and returned to do gel 2 weeks later and they charge you a $10 fee to remove the dip. I feel that is way too much when you're going to get your nails done their again and also since there is no way I could get it off at home before going. Maybe lower the price of dip removal for customers who are getting another service. read more

Not all nail technicians or nail salons are the same just because they provide the same services. These ladies really know their craft. I've tried other places for gel manicures in the past but one huge difference is how healthy my nails are in between manicures. There is no filing on the top of the nail, they wrap and soak the nails to get the old polish off, brilliant! They are meticulous and the final outcome is perfect time after time! read more

Had high expectations for this place after seeing all of the great reviews for a clean, high quality salon that uses natural products. I left my visit, however, quite disappointed. I booked a weekday, early afternoon manicure. The online booking system was convenient to use. Simply Natural Nails is a quaint, cozy salon that exclusively uses Zoya (natural) polish. When I arrived, the salon was very quiet as I was the only client. I was looking forward to a relaxing nail treatment prior to an event, however, the manicurist seemed rushed/stressed throughout. Mid-way through, the manicurist attended to a personal phone call in front of me and then proceeded to detail more about her personal life after the call. I can understand that some phone calls are pressing, but found it unprofessional. Aside from this, the 2 star rating is primarily for the manicure itself. The manicure experience was painful as the manicurist was cursory, though I do appreciate how sanitary everything was. The quality of the polish job was very poor as there were bubbles, and the coloring was off. The manicurist tried to get rid of the bubbles, but because she had her own personal appointment to attend, there wasn't enough time to fix it (even though closing time wasn't until 5:00pm). Perhaps I had just caught the manicurist on a bad day. She was very well-meaning and tried her best to fix the issue, but ultimately was disappointed with the experience here -- so much so that I had to re-do the polish on my own after I left the salon. read more

I had the first appointment of the day for a pedicure with Kim, the owner, and it was wonderful. Normally when I get a pedicure, I flip through magazines while the nail technicians work, but Kim was super talkative and friendly -- it was a nice change from the awkward silence as someone buffs and scrubs my feet. The price of $35 for a basic pedicure was very reasonable, especially because she massaged my feet and calves thoroughly and my heels were left oh-so-smooth after her electric callous remover treatment. Kim took great care to ensure my toes didn't come into contact with my sandals after she painted my nails. The salon is in an older building with great woodwork, which reminded me of the house I grew up in Vermont. I imagine it'll be a cozy place to visit this winter. :) Needless to say, I'll be back. read more

I've been going to Simply Natural Nails for a few months now. I'm pretty picky when it comes to getting my nails done. This salon is the best I've been to yet. I like that they use high quality products. I was quite surprised since most shops cut corners using cheap nail polish removers or a cheaper gel polish. Not here. The products are not harsh and they know how to get the gel polish off without ruining your nails. As far as the professionalism of this place, it's always a pleasant experience from the moment you step in to the warmly decorated shop to the time you leave. I've had my nails done by Kimberly, Susan and Daniella--all excellent! I mostly book my appointments with Susan. She's meticulous in her work, always friendly, has a positive attitude even when clients are running late, and her flawless (gel) manicures lasts about 3 weeks. If you're concerned about cleanliness, this is the nail salon to go to. The owner insists on the highest standards. All the technicians take great strides to be sure that everything from their instruments to the foot tubs are hygienic, disinfected and clean. So if you want expertly done nails using the highest quality products done by women who are professional and amicable, try Simply Natural Nails. I came here for a mani-pedi the day before a wedding ceremony. The pedicure felt amazing (even though it tickled a little) and the French manicure on my nails came out nice. I've been to a few places in the Boston/MetroWest area for pedicures. Simply Natural Nails is, by far, the best. They are super-conscious about cleanliness (the tubs get a new liner for each client, and each implement used is new for each client, as well), and the quality of work is superior (I go to Bett for my pedicures). In addition, everyone is welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The salon is located in a beautiful old home: Nothing like getting a pedicure in the dead of winter across from the emanating warmth of an antique fireplace!
