The original design didn't work with the space as the floors were uneven. The rep came back out with technician and came up with a solution that worked. We weren't able to get it in before the end of the year because we didn't know how uneven the floor was until it was self-leveled out. Glad they were able to come up with a successful solution. The carpenter they used was great and a perfectionist. Once that was done and notified that the glass was cut and ready for installation. Enrique and Andrew came out prompt, professional, and completed the installation within half the time of the allotted window. These have only been installed for a couple of weeks, but so far we are very happy with the investment, service and quality of work. This is the 2nd order I have placed with Creative Mirror & Showe and would definitely recommend them to others and use for future projects.

One of my pet rabbits…read moreaccidentally broke the glass door to a media cabinet where our TV sits when he was running his morning laps around the living room. Luckily, it was safety glass, and neither he nor anyone/thing else (except the door) was hurt in any way. Of course, then we had to figure out where to go to replace it. Enter Rainbow Glass & Trim. I took the door that was still OK to them and asked if they could replace it. They said yes, and added that since it was tempered (the aforementioned safety glass), it would take a few days extra since they had to send it out to someone who does tempering. Time passed and they called to say my door was in. However, when I got it home, we found that it was just slightly too tall to fit. I brought it back and explained what happened, and they IMMEDIATELY apologized and said they'd make a new tempered glass door that should fit. No additional charge, since it was their mistake. A few days later, the new door came in and it fits perfectly. So not only did this company give me excellent service; they did so in a difficult situation, where things didn't go perfectly. Some people could have been like, "Tough luck, lady," or been really rude about it. Not Rainbow. They also do custom leather and seat cover work for cars/trucks/motorcycles/etc. The samples in the customer area looked really nice, so I may be back for some of that in the future as well! :)
