Did not call me to say they would rather not attempt to clean due to the type of interior, just decided to keep trying without telling me about the interior until it was all said and done. Had to take my car back to them TWICE for interior cleaning and also tint job. I had all my windows tinted $325 mind you... and there was contaminate all through the tint, was bubbling, and even creased in areas. Once they redid it the second time they sliced my defrost in my rear windshield and then blatantly said they didn't do such thing when confronted. Was also made aware that their secretary was the one who did my interior cleaning. I was refunded all of my money after approaching this issue TWICE with them. He didn't remove the tint that was left on my car, so now I have to either find someone else to remove it, or deal with it. I also had to wait 20 minutes TODAY and call their shop to even talk to someone. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone in my life let alone anyone if they asked me about this business.

The two representatives handling our application, Samantha and Joshua, repeatedly told us they were "working hard" to help us obtain financing. However, throughout the process we were treated in a way that made us feel like we were unworthy customers rather than people trying to purchase a vehicle in good faith. We were asked to gather multiple documents quickly and submit them for verification. We did exactly that and cooperated fully with every request. Despite this, the communication we received was dismissive and disrespectful. During conversations we often felt talked over, not listened to, and made to feel as though we were somehow less important than other customers. They even went so far as to say that we falsified documents. Buying a vehicle is already stressful, especially for people working hard to rebuild or improve their financial situation. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and basic respect during that process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Samantha and Joshua at Princeton Auto Group. Because of how we were treated, we chose to withdraw our application and take our business elsewhere. Now, the reason for the one star. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. During the test drive the vehicle indicated the airbag system needed servicing. Upon discussing the issue with Mike, he stated they would not fix the issue, whatever that may be, nor would they pay to have it checked out for safety. Mike went on to state, they require anyone purchasing a vehicle, to sign an airbag waiver; absolving them of any liability. What horrible ethics for a business owner. Took in a Chrysler product that had a 3.2 litre V6 and they charged us for 8 quarts of engine oil for the oil change. When I questioned them about it they swore that this is what they put in. He said they drain it extra long. Made a statement that it is the darndest thing every now and then they run into 6 cylinder motors that take extra oil. Though Owners manual and my neighbor who is a Mechanic at a Chrysler dealership says 6 qts.
