Me and my friends (group of 3) walk in, immediately, $15 for byob (we had 3 bottles) Sure, understandable. Then the waiter bring the menu and points out the group special for $80 that includes 2 hookah,byob, and ice bucket. Seems reasonable, only problem is the waiter said TO OUR FACE that we would have to pay twice for the byob... ..... UMMM. I didn't go to Harvard, but that sounds like a scam. Then upon asking waiter for clarification, he seemed to have an attitude. Hasn't even been here 10 minutes before all of this transpired. I've been eyeing this place for a while since I've been in Carrollton and glad I finally came for a visit. Even though it's a small establishment, the seating was spacious and comfortable. The vibe was perfect for an outing with friends as the music was jamming and party lights were lit. Malcolm, the manager, was running a one man show that evening. He was continuously checking on all the tables and giving everyone ample attention and service. He kept switching the charcoal for us and kept the hookah game strong. So compared to the reviews and what this place is like now is veryyyyy different. It is very lowkey inside the vibe is very "home on the couch lounging" vibe. There's not a lot going on inside. The service was decent, we received cups/ice/hookah in a very quickly. The hookah was nice. nothing special. The worst part and why we won't be back is due to the music. The music was powered by someone's cell phone by using YouTube. Whoever was in charge would not let a song play through, you could here commercials, ever text they got, and the music would cut on and off randomly. That blew the experience. This place is really simple, it's not going to be showy like some other hookah lounges, so if you're going for a specific ambiance, this may not be the place for you. However, I like the chill vibes of this place. No frills. Just hookah and some seats. They are next to a boba shop which is nice if you want to swing next door to grab a boba to sip on with your hookah ;D It's BYOB. Easy to swing by Walmart next door to grab something to drink as well. Jasmi, the girl working most nights, is really great. She's nice and attentive. She remembers her customers and treats everyone really well. They have an Xbox and tv in there, I've never seen anyone use it, but it does exist. There are also some board games and cards. It used to be a brightly lit establishment, however they have changed owners and it's now dimly lit. It's nice inside. The prices aren't well reflected on old pics of the menu on here. It's comparable to pretty much every hookah place in dfw. Coming from Dubai, hookah here is SO expensive . I wish it was more reasonably priced, however I understand market and competition and a business has to make money, etc. The pricing is the only downfall in my eyes. read more

They do serve a variety of foods, snacks and soft drinks. My current favorite has to be the hummus and pita. this is the lamest hookah bar i've ever been to. my friend rented out the place for the night, "security guards" charged us $10 entry... every can/bottle of alcohol coming inside, you are charged for. and here's the best part, they charge you for leaving!! we had an okay time, the atmosphere was alright. but the staff was horrible and felt like scamming. We walked outside and they tried to tell us we had to pay $140 for 3 hookahs that we didn't even personally rent. We laughed and left. My girlfriend tried to deescalate the situation by speaking to the owner, but when the "owner" came outside, I asked if he was the owner and he told me no this place is a joke. read more

This place is better than the other hookah lounges that I've been to. They are under new management now and I wish that I could give them more stars. This place has improved a lot. It's now byob with a small fee but it is so worth it. The hookah is wonderful! Their customer service is absolutely the best! I love the new set up as well. I met the new owner when I went and everyone was so inviting and just overall laid back. If you're in the Carrollton area you should definitely go check them out. We were quoted 15 minutes for a to-go order and it ended up taking 1 hour. Order was for the chicken over rice and as per them they needed the extra time to cook the rice. I'm still not sure why it took 1 hour considering the rice did not seem fresh. Plus, there were sprinkles of meat (most restaurants are generous with the meat helping - this place was ridiculous) and very little sauce. The hummus had a sour/foul smell so we had to throw that away. Definitely won't be returning. There are better NY style chicken over rice places out there. read more

It's an interesting set up, something that struck us as odd since it was so bright inside and the furniture is not all that comfortable. The notable part of the night was the service and the hookah. A refreshing break from the usual, Hookah Hut is a mature lounge with excellent shisha and a clean, sophisticated atmosphere. On separate occasions I've had coconut and citrus, both delectable with long-lasting flavor. Staff is friendly and kind. Haven't tried the food yet but look forward to it on my next visit! From what you see in Yelp pictures about this place it is completely the opposite. Dingy Dark Smells bad..there is no food or drinks available as you see in menu section in yelp except for soda and water. Apparently there was a owner change of the place and since then place has been going down. I went with my wife and as soon you go in there, you sort of regret it but still gave the place a chance. You sit on the most uncomfortable couch, I ever sat on. Person brings the choices of tobacco with out even saying hello or asking if you would like anything to drink...well it was realized later that the place is not what everyone expects it to be. So will I ever go there again..hell no or would recommend anyone to go there. read more
