Needed my windshield replaced, Atlan had the best price. It was good service like the constant…read morecommunication, free mobile service and having to go back to get the right windshield since I didn't know mine had a sensor. He was understanding, no real problems up until the job was done I then notice the cowl cover was cracked and missing one of the top side lids. I called him about it and he denied doing it. He said it was like that before he started working and that he didn't see a crack. Said he should have took pictures before the work but he didn't. Said it looked like an "old broken piece" rather than it was "broke yesterday" not sure how you would be able to tell the difference? But I know it was him because I had just washed my car prior to the work and it was definitely not missing or cracked. Also nobody had ever worked on that area of the car until him. There was small lies in between the service back and forth between phone calls and text messages. Like he texted me and said he would be at my house around 9-11 then when I called at 11:04 and asked what happened he said he had told me he would be there between 9-12. He did agree to replace the top side lid after calling me upset saying how I should of took before and after pictures as well (that is not my job) & continued to deny. I now have the missing piece but the transition wasn't professional. He had someone else get down from the car to hand it to me and the whole time he was just mean mugging me. I said thank you and got no response. I think since this is his business & mistake he should of been the one to get down and communicate one last time making sure as his previous customer that everything was okay.

Had an outstanding experience with these specialists. These guys are true masters of their craft,…read moreand they work extraordinarily hard and meticulously when it comes to restoring your vehicle to peak condition! Take it from me, young guy that got a nice new truck and got a little too excited one or two times and had to pay for it! Thank God my mother had already gone through them for other services on her vehicle, she recommended them and even though my insurance was whack at the time, my deductible was very reasonable thanks to Dhang and his honest and good-hearted business ethic. If I were to trust any auto mechanical specialist crew, it would definitely be these guys, they're real pro's! -Matt Dylan

Worst fraudulent & scammer ever. I bought a car from this person back on February 2nd. I sold my…read morebeat up car to Mr. Dang. He signed the title & then it was done, so I thought. The car was given to Terez Lindsey. The title was not put into anyone else's name. I thought car was going to get junked. Move forward to April 28, 2026 I received 2 tickets, one for a parking violation & one for no tags. The tickets were over $200. I contacted Mr. Dang to put Bill of Sale in to the DMV. They meaning Mr. Dang & his son John put the Bill of Sale in this Terez Lindsey's name. I absolutely did not sell the car to Terez Linsey. I called the DMV & told them who I sold the car too. Move forward to June 9, 2026. I received certified letter from Sergeants Towing Inc. The car has been in their lot for 9 days & the bill is $986. The car will be sold on June 20th. John Dang lied about Terez's last name. The towing company listed Terez's name as White. I sent all information about Mr. Dang & John Dang & his business to the court & was able to get tickets thrown out. The towing company said I had nothing to worry about if the Bill of Sale is with DMV which it is with the correct information, Mr. Dang's name, etc.... Mr. Dang's place of business: 7210 SE Flavel St, Portland, OR 97206 Phone #503.380.1576 Also, other business is: SAAB Phone # 503.771.7222. Address 1940 SE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR 97216 John Dang's Phone # is. 503.774.1756 Don't trust these people & get sucked into their schemes. Also, Mr. Dang sold me a car that was a lemon for $3200. The alternator went out & didn't take the car back to his shop. I had 6 month warranty. I don't trust the man or his son to be truthful with me. I went to another mechanic & here's the rundown of what's wrong with the car: Alternator, battery cables, motor mount, spring broke on front passenger tire, bearings out on rear passenger side, sway bar & bushings, pan underneath has oil leak, & power steering hoses leaking. BEWARE!!!!!!!
