Repeat customer who had a bad windshield install, which was fixed about a year ago. Called to get info on a sunroof replacement. Metro called back with a bid, which I accepted and said they would be out on a certain day to install. I cleared my work calendar for the day and sat and waited. No call, no text, no notice at all just a no show. Have called back three times with no answer or call back to my message. That was over two weeks ago. Did they go out of business? Family Owned Business We had a windshield replaced in July. Yesterday there was some water leaking during a heavy rain. We called the company, and they were able to fit us in early this a.m. After examining the windshield, Sandy determined that it was actually the sunroof that was leaking, not the windshield. The drivers side power window in my truck wouldn't go up. Not so great when it's raining or you want to secure your vehicle. Sandy came out to my house and put in a new regulator assembly. It worked but needed some adjustments and he came out within a few days to make it right. He cleaned , vacuumed and shined up my floor mats before leaving. Sandy is trash. I've seen him on multiple occasions charge people for things that weren't needed on their cars. One person had their molding pulled off in a car wash and what should have been a cheap fix (10 minutes worth of work and a service call charge) he charged the car wash for an entire new windshield AND new moldings! Don't go to this guy. He's a scam and his work is subpar. read more

I had the same problems as one of the other reviewers. This company does not stand behind their work! Their mobile service came to my house to replace my windshield, Well, it leaked within a month and when I called their "mobile service" to have it resealed, explaining that I could not find the invoice. The woman I spoke to said lack of invoice wasn't an issue but told me I had to go to their location to have it replaced. First of all, if you offer a mobile service and did a poor job sealing a windshiled, you should not make your customer drive 20 miles across town to get it fixed. Well, my windshield is leaking again and when I called them to get it fixed, I spoke with a guy on the phone who said he would have to look for my invoice and would get back to me. A week later I still hadn't heard back. Repeat this several more times. Call, told someone will call me back, no one calls me back. One time when I spoke with Josh he said they didn't have a physical location any longer because business was down. No S**t Sherlock! If you followed through with your warranty, maybe you would actually have some repeat customers! I decided to contact them via email. Sandy emailed me back and said without the invoice, they won't do anything. This is what I sent in reply a week ago: " It seems it is such an easy fix for you to make good on a lifetime warranty with little cost to you except the sealing material and a bit of time. I would be happy to drive out that way near where your old office was if that would make it easier. This is my final attempt to get you to fix this. Thank you." No reply, hence the review. If this company decides to make good within the next few days on my life time warranty that THEY told me I didn't need a receipt for, I will modify my review accordingly. My front driver's window got stuck in the down position during the rain and the team at Metro Auto Glass came to my home the next day, fixed my window so that I could drive safely and coordinated with a local dealership to replace the mechanism and door panel over the holidays. Metro Auto Glass made it super easy to get my cracked windshield replaced. I emailed them for a request and was able to set up an appointment for the next week. They were able to come to my work and get my windshield fixed in under an hour. There is one thing I would suggest to this company. When I was emailing the company back and forth, they did not have a digital signature at the bottom of the email so it worried me a little that I might be getting scammed. First of all we agreed on a time which he did not make, but that wasn't the worst of it. I told this Merchant I would come to him (to avoid paying the tax) and he stated it was the same price (on the phone). I can come to you, the phrase same price was quoted.
