So if there are issues with the machines, they can't really help you. Their cut-the-rope game is on a very high difficulty, meaning payout doesn't occur as often, so maybe not have the kids play that. There are a few other arcade games and claw machines, but when we went, two machines were broken so the kids were all bunched up on other machines. There's a lack of supervision over in the arcade which resulted in some chaotic moments. There would be several 7 year olds working together to LIFT and TIP OVER the claw machine to try to win the prizes, which was insanely dangerous and should have been stopped by the staff. I did make a short mention of saying "hey, that is dangerous to do" but there is no incentive for anyone to listen to a stranger... it has to come from the staff. So don't leave your kids alone, especially if they are on the younger side, at the arcade. The machines aren't bolstered down so you don't know what's going on if you aren't in viewing distance from it.

They have several tvs. I think it is 2 pool tables and about 4 dartboards. Customer service was great. The bartenders were real cool. It was a woman and a younger guy working. They also have free popcorn at the bar. Met a couple people and had a great conversation with one of them. He was a local. Bought us a few drinks and the drinks were good. No complaints. Right after the final whistle of the MX game, all but 1 TV was replaced with a softball game and re-airing of the Nathan's hot dog eating contest. I was going to order Pepsi as that was listed on the menu but was told that Coke was available instead. Not good so I decided to settle for "wooder" to drink. I am dinging this establishment one point due to not having an item listed on the menu. Either have Pepsi available or else update your menus please. The cheeseburger and the fries were quite good. I asked that there be no pickles, onions, lettuce and tomatoes and that request was honoured... good. I did ask for ketchup and mustard on the side and that was eventually brought though I had to ask for mustard a second time. A side of Mayonnaise that I did not ask for was also brought and when I got the bill I noticed that this establishment wanted to charge me 50 cents for the side I did not ask for. I made an issue of it and was refunded the 50 cents in the form of two quarters. Men's washroom was clean and paper towels were available... good. After I paid and left the establishment I noticed a discrepancy between the menu price of 14$ for the burger and the price I was charged which was 15$. I am dinging this establishment one point for that discrepancy. I have a bone to pick with the personal appearance of the employees at this establishment. I noticed that at least three guys working at this establishment failed to tuck their shirts in. I consider that to be very unprofessional. I am dinging this establishment one point for not requiring the employees to tuck their shirts in. On a more positive note, I thought the service was very good in that an employee checked up on me frequently and kept my "wooder" topped up. So I am adding a point back for the superior service. If I was to assign a letter grade as is done in school this establishment would be in there solid with a C.
