The front office staff were very kind and helpful. My wait to be seen was only about 15 minutes, which surprised me because they were quite busy. The medical staff were very friendly, caring and professional. The doctor removed the growth and informed me that only if there was concern regarding the biopsy, I would hear from them. I was in and out of there in about 30-40 minutes! This facility is also very close to where I live, which makes it so convenient.

Out to recovery by 10:30. Was told in would be about an hour to get the results. Finally, at 12:40 ( 2hrs. 10 minutes later) I asked the front desk for person to check on progress. She did, and and a few minutes later they brought me back for stitches. Nurse prepped me, and then they couldn't find the surgeon. I was in the room alone for about 10 minutes until he came in to finish. No apologies or explanation for the over 2 hour wait, no reason for them not knowing where the plastic surgeon was.

As time progresses, research has brought to light that cold therapy can greatly reduce any pain/inflammation in the body. There has also been research that has shown it helps with depression and can uplift your mood after a certain amount of time to cold exposure. As someone who is an athlete and exercises often, discovering cryo has been life changing for helping me with my recovery from training. For context, I have gone everyday now for about 2 months and can most definitely say I see a difference in my energy levels, muscle soreness, and overall mood. Disclaimer - The cryo chamber is in fact very cold but there are four levels (beginner to advanced) of cold temperatures you get to choose from in case you are worried that might be too cold for you!
