It's a small specialty boutique with all kinds of cute, trendy Japanese gift items & Asian beauty products (i.e. Twee, Tirtir to name a few) including skincare, cosmetics, and trendy gift items. I stock up on their Jung Saem Mool cushion foundation - April 2026 @ $54 comes with refill. Store is a little cramped but I usually go in to get what I need and I get out. Parking is a beast at the Diamond Jamboree lot so try to get there during non rush hour times. They open late after 11am so a bit of a hassle if you're in a rush and crunched for time. Service has always been good when I'm there. The staff is friendly and give good suggestions on what products work for their skin type (Asian skin).

Currently this way are a lot of various Labubu for sale. I like coming here for their whitening skin care products, as well as serums for long luscious eyelashes. A lot of their products are in English and translated in Chinese characters. Maybe they need to include English translation as well. Small store packed with a lot of products. Only 1 cash register so you have to wait a long time to make your purchase. Some items for sale do not have prices on them so you have to get a price check at the register. Located at Diamond Jamboree plaza off Jamboree and Milikan.

I can't believe they're still acting the same way after years, and I can't even believe the place is still open. They stood around the register, laughing and giggling, and when I asked them for help, they acted like I was interrupting them. And then one of them called me "honey." By the way, this is the second time I've had this experience at this place. So it is not an isolated incident, and the last time was years ago. Great Response from Danielle ... as you can clearly see they are doing absolutely nothing to try to remedy their customer service issue.

I tried to get a refund and was told it's been over 30 days so I asked for the Corp. Office number. I've been trying to call them and contact them for days now. The sales women was so rude to me. She literally dismissed me once she saw the date on the receipt. She gave me no other options until I asked for the Corp. Office number. Good luck trying to return something at this place. I won't give up I'll still keep calling and trying to contact someone. I found out Post-Chemo you should use baby shampoo if your hair is dry because of the chemo. This is so sad and unfortunate.

My mom told…read moreme that she had 20% off when buying Shiseido products on her birthday's month, so we came to this store as she was a member. I didn't know what happened but when I came in, I saw one Korean and one Vietnamese staff argued with her. Korean staff (maybe manager) yelled to her "come here, come here". I came and asked my mom what happened. She told me staff said she just had 15% off not 20%. She said last time, the other staff told her 20% and she had a question to them. It doesn't matter just 5% but the way that staff treated her is really bad. If they said sorry, they didn't know who told her but the policy is bla bla, it will be nothing. But they argued with her, showed her bills, asked her come to see the computer. They meant my mom told a lie? I came in and said I didn't know what happened but I disagree the way Korean staff talked to her. The attitude was really bad. When I expressed my thinking, Korean staff told me she just showed the documents from computer to my mom because my mom didn't listen to her. We can come to the store, can become a member; it means we can buy products. But if the staff before told her she can get 20% off, now the others told her different, my mom has a right to ask question. Did the Korean staff listened to my Mom?. I really feel upset because my Mom's English is not good but it is not the reason she gets the service like that.

In the past--precisely…read morebecause of their excellent product quality--I would drive two hours all the way from San Diego just to purchase their oils. However, a repeated pattern of highly unprofessional behavior has forced me to give up on this establishment. On three consecutive occasions, they provided me with the wrong oil and refused to offer any form of compensation, leaving me with no choice but to make a four-hour round trip just to exchange the items. When I made a reasonable request for free home delivery as compensation, their excuse was that my location was too far away, stating that they only offer free delivery to nearby areas. then I provided an another address in a nearby neighborhood, yet they still insisted that I pay for the delivery fees. They are unreasonable and highly unprofessional.

**November 2025: Sunday Afternoon Visit**…read more I was in the area and realized that I hadn't visited Beauty Zone in a while. The prices of some of their nail polish has gone up (understandable with inflation), but the rates are still competitive when compared to the big box stores (sometimes half the price!). They still have a good assortment of gel, dip powders, and lacquer. I change my nail polish pretty regularly so I go with lacquer for flexibility. Orly Bonder $6.25 Seche Vive Gel Effect Top Coat $4.50 OPI Lacquer $4.50 (I don't think this brand has a bulk discount) Orly Lacquer $4.50 Essie Lacquer $4.25 (B5G1 Free Promo!) They accept credit card with a $5 minimum if you provide your phone number there's a small discount for the OPI nail polish which otherwise doesn't' qualify for any discounts. When I went home I tired the bonder, Orly. and Top Coat and they all worked great. Beauty Zone still is a great spot to score great deals for a mini indulgence :)
