We were at your location, visible on your front cameras, and tried calling multiple times using the phone number listed on Google, Yelp, and in the confirmation email. No one answered, and the business appeared to be closed (we sat there for a while looking for another lash spot). If the appointment had been canceled in advance, I would have seen the notification. Instead, I received a confirmation email just the day before the appointment, which clearly indicated that it was still scheduled. Your response blaming me for incorrect information is disappointing and reflects poorly on your customer service.

Some technicians are more popular and booked rather quickly, others are a little slower but they are just as professional, caring and attentive to their customers.
