Slider Trio
Sarah A.

The Goat is a chain but it offers consistent house staples that are certain to please. I've been here on both business lunches and casual dates with my husband and I've always walked away satisfied. My favorite spot to dine at this location is on their patio, situated adjacent to the nearby apartment complex's pool. At my last visit, my husband and I shared the whipped feta, Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes with garlic aioli, and the slider trio. The crunchy yet chewy pita was a nice surprise and I enjoyed the candied pecans topping the tangy feta. The sweetness from the potatoes helped tame the bitterness that comes with most Brussels sprouts preparations. Each slider was more unique than the one before. Everything was enjoyable and I'd recommend it all and gladly order each item again at a future visit.

Drunken shrimp

We've been here several times now and the experience has been a pleasant one, but the food doesn't blow me away. It's more about the execution than anything. The service is good, the vibes are right, but the food is average. This last visit we got chicken wings that were lemon pepper parm flavored. There wasn't a punch of lemon and the flavor and texture of the wing fell flat. It wasn't bad, just average. My ceasar salad was good, but there were large chucks of the bottom of the romaine in the salad. Again, nothing to complain about, but just lacked the extra that it would take to get 4 or 5 stars. The ranch is very very good though. I will give credit there.

Breakfast Tacos. Wife's Favorite for Brunch
Mike R.

I've been to the Mt. Juliet location several times over the years and it's been consistently good. It's like half restaurant and half Bar. There are plenty of TV's to watch the games on. There's not much decor to soak up the noise so it can get loud in there when they are busy. They serve brunch on the weekends until 2:00 p.m. This review is for Sunday brunch. They have a full bar along with umbrella covered tables outdoors and a volleyball court. They have GOAT Favorites, All Day Favorites, Burgers, Tacos, Apps, Flatbread Pizzas and Brunch Coctails.

Nashvegas Burger and Fries

Good atmosphere, clean. Was able to hit the happy hour (before 6pm) for $2 off apps and Burgers. Chips and Queso were ok. I'm not a thick chip guy, but they need to be for the thick queso. Great flavor Burger was ok. Let's just say it was cooked throughly. Liked the special sauce (little pepper kick) and bacon. Fries were ok. The burger was really dry. Would go back for a second try. Service was friendly and fast. $26 for Nashvegas burger, fries, nachos/queso and tip. Had water. Edit-I did not notify any staff. Thanks to management for reply. Definitely should had been a 4 Star my mistake on the 3. Corrected.

Carnivore scramble, basically how it was served, minus a few bites
Lara W.

My wife and I went here on mother's day just by chance. Pros: -We were able to sit at the bar immediately without a reservation -The biscuit sampler was fun, even if the biscuits were a bit dry, we loved the sauces - Staff was friendly although slow (it was a holiday so we expected, but it was not overly busy during our time) Cons: -The carnivore scramble was horrible. A complete joke of a meal- cold, overcooked scrambled eggs with two pieces of small pork belly and a few pieces of chopped up deli ham -Everything arrived cold except the hash browns/ I think our food must have sat there for ten+ minutes waiting on those to get done -The staff kind of shrugged and gave us 10% off the scramble (like $1) when we mentioned it was inedible politely and she took away the basically untouched meal. I told her we didn't want a comp, just to let her know, but I'd almost rather her do nothing than take off 10%, right? The aesthetics are cute but I'd avoid this place, honestly.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Elizabeth N.

The place is really nice. We had a great server, Haven, that helped suggest some of her favorite cocktails. We ordered the buffalo cauliflower as an appetizer and that was fantastic! My husband ordered the chicken gyro and I had the buffalo chicken wrap. Both items arrived quickly and were very good. We will definitely come here again!

Jason G was great! Great service! He was incredibly attentive, refilled our drinks without us having to ask, and made great recommendations.

Wings were very good, best ive had in Mount Juliet so far, burnt ends were good, we asked for no jalapeños but still got them anyways, had to pick them off since we arent fans of anything spicy. Ribs were tender and cobb salad was a great option minus the guacamole, its obvious its not made fresh and most likely from a jar i expected freshly made guacamole at a restaurant but still decent to eat. Drinks were really good! My boyfriend got the old fashioned and i had wine then a cocktail. Service was subpar, waitress didn't give refills on water and very passive instead of proactive. Will definitely come back to try it out again.

The French fries are perfectly cooked and easily some of the best around. My son ordered a burger and loved it, and my friend had the chicken, which was also fantastic. I've had the strawberry salad there before as well, and it's fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. And don't skip dessert! The croissant pudding is incredibly good, and the bourbon brownie is rich and delicious--the perfect way to end the meal. Every time we go, the food is consistently great. If you're in Mount Juliet and looking for a place with amazing flavors and a menu that has something for everyone, this spot is definitely worth visiting.

Juliet for a Sunday afternoon of drinks and grub. We were greeted kindly upon entry and sat at a high top table. Even with the pouring rain, it didn't stop locals from going out to eat; this place was busy! The restaurant is decorated with celebrities, movie and band posters, and there are TVs all around the place. It's moderately loud but it's a fun place to sit and chat. Our waitress was fantastic and gave me time to choose my flight of beer as well as putting in our order quickly. My husband had the Papi Breakfast Burrito, I had The Belgian with upgraded sweet potato fries, and we shared the Nashville Hot Cheese Curds. Everything was delicious and I especially loved the sauces my burger came with. No complaints here! The beer was cold and smooth, the food was flavorful, and the service was quick and friendly. The parking lot was packed and every table was full when we walked in, which is usually a great sign. The gal at the front desk let us know there would be a short wait, and sure enough, about 10 minutes later we were seated. We overheard that they were short staffed due to a callout, but honestly, you would not have known it from how smoothly things were moving. Our waitress was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she got our order in quickly despite juggling multiple tables. My husband went with the hot club sandwich and fries, and I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with onion rings. Let me just say, the food came out fast and absolutely delivered. My husband's sandwich had that picture perfect cheese pull moment that you hope for but rarely get, and it tasted just as good as it looked! My chicken salad was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. And the onion rings truly stole the show. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, lightly seasoned, and just the right texture with every bite. Easily some of the best I have ever had. It is easy to see why this place stays busy. The Glade Diner has that classic, well-loved feel where good food and friendly service come together in the best way. This visit, however, the service was a little slower than usual, and it took quite a while for our food to come out of the kitchen. So, our visit was memorable which is the best thing I can say about it…read more.. To begin with, our waitress seemed a littl1e overwhelmed. She dropped a glass as she was serving our drinks. It shattered, the drink going everywhere but mostly on the lap of my guest. That happens sometimes and I thought our table took it pretty well. What doesn't happen though is we were left to clean up the mess... Our server did come and pick up the remnants of the glass after a bit as well as dropping off a few napkins and a bandage for one of my guests who was cut with a glass shard. She did apologize profusely for the accident and I would not have brought any of this up on a yelp review had it not been for what followed... Our salads came and we're not at all what I've come to expect from Longhorn. Finally our steaks came and the poor guy who had a drink broke in his lap had his steak well undercooked. He pointed it out and the server (not our waitress) was obviously annoyed and took the plate back to the kitchen... What they brought back could best be described as charcoal. It would have been funny any other time but by this point, I was just over it. Finally, a manager came by and asked about our dinner. We told him about the broken glass, dumped drink, the cut hands, the burnt, burnt steak and the room temperature baked potatoes all around. He didnt apologize, he didn't offer a discount but he did offer one of my guest another potato... I go to Longhorn quite often when I travel.
