Not only is the admin team lazy but their communication is extremely poor. It's interesting how expensive Primrose is in comparison to others especially for administration type fees and yet what are they for. You pay for a curriculum they do not even use. They don't even send you a tax statement and you have to go and filter out invoices in the app. What are all these admin fees even for then if you can't even take a few moments to send your customers who spent thousands of dollars a year a tax statement. The document you get from the app, barely suffices to give to your tax person to process tax return. It's the bare minimum for service and they can't even give you a year-end statement. So if they're that lazy giving you a statement, imagine how they are handling your children. My 3 year old daughter at the time was pushed and told me and i never got an incident report. She had a busted lip and a tooth that died. Not one report of the incident and when I asked they knew nothing. They r kids accidents happen but to not tell me. Seems like the teachers didn't get the support they needed. Not to mention the revolving door of teachers because everyone quits or is fired. Not having stability in your team says a lot & it impacts the kids experience. I'll tell you my experience was awful. I thank God I pulled them & I begged my family that lived in my neighborhood who also attended there to pull their kids. People only stay there for the convenience of the location but that's not worth it. If you have a child with special needs please consider another place as they have been neglectful on multiple occasions with my own child who is very much high on the autism spectrum. He doesn't need a lot of support at all in a daycare setting. Before coming to the school I had heard about an incident with another child autism, & they assured me that it was out of their control, and that they just didn't have the supports in place to handle an extreme case like him. Knowing that my child was on the higher end and didn't need any support in daycare setting I thought we would be OK. We were not. They were unkind to my child and he would tell me along with parents who had kids in the room with him. Another thing that was really terrible about Primrose was how unfriendly they were. When you walked in the door, no one even greeted you or said good morning, even if a child is saying good morning to them, they just ignored them. Same with leaving. Coming from a son who originally was nonverbal until he was 3.5 years years old speak to them and say good morning and ignored was extremely rude and i had to explain to my child it's not you. This wasn't just my kids or me, we witnessed it happen to others. When my eldest child started kindergarten we did the afternoon bus services to meet the younger sibling at the daycare. On two occasions my child was not accounted for. One time Primrose called to say hey do you have your child. I'm like no. Panicked. So scary. On another occasion the school called me because they failed to pick up my son. Both times Primrose apologized but blamed it on the elementary school. honestly wow zero accountability. He was there the whole time with a teacher waiting. I paid tons of fees and two weeks of tuition for my yet to be born 3rd child including fees for my other kids. When I decided to pull them, I asked how much I can get back and they said nothing. I cannot recall the amount but it was well over $1000. My third child never even attended & we gave ample notice. To not get even $1. All that to say this. Please consider a different place for childcare. This is my honest experience and maybe others have a better one but the inconsistencies run rampant and the culture of being unkind, bad communication & lack of care isn't worth it.

I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

Everybody is super friendly, my son is turning 5 and in less than a year with them he can already say some stuff in French and Spanish, he does have homework sometimes which I found fantastic because he can see over again with us on the weekend what he learned and he gets so excited. The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars

Frantically I called several surrounding daycare facilities and none of them were bad. but none of them were TLE. Immediately the center director (Crystal Schaffer) and her team made me feel safe to leave my baby with them in their care. My daughter has THRIVED at TLE. She loves her teachers, going so far as to invite them to her birthday party! TLE's staff makes my kid feel safe, loved and cared for. So much so that my child has attachments with not just her classroom facilitators, but other members as well. Clearly showing that they all (from chef to floaters, to front office personnel) work to ensure that their students are loved and cared for. Her vocabulary and cognitive development speak volumes to their choice in curriculum And their dedication to make sure the right teachers are at the right age levels. Our love for this program is so great that my niece is now in attendance and my 4 month old son. Crystal, Erica, Nora, Shelley, Marina, Robin, Cynthia, Jean, Veronica, Julie.... I can't thank yall enough for taking care of my babies. WE LOVE TLE!!

The staff is supportive (especially Crystal). We love that there are updates and photos throughout the day and that our precious kiddos are loved on, cared for, and allowed to play and grow in a place where they are the priority. There is attention to security, a great curriculum, plenty of free play and outdoor play, and quality peer interaction. They even let the cousins (who are in different classrooms) have a chance to see each other and interact when possible. It is hard knowing who to trust with kids. TLE is a blessing to our family!
