We visiting from Miami and we have some good restaurant there but this Havana Niagara is up to the level of really authentic Cuban food. The cirling by a llight fixture in the dining room appeared to have water damage, and the bathroom was pretty gross. Lots of small flies in the bathroom (drain flies?) seemed unsanitary. As the door to the restrooms was open, and the restrooms were sorta near the kitchen, I was happy I didn't end up getting ill. I left full, and it was pleasant enough, but I probably won't be back simply because of the cleanliness situation
