    My wobbly legs Mizuno golf bag.

    Purchased golf bag through them, legs collapsed first time I took it to the course. They basically told me I'm SOL since the manufacturer wont replace or fix it. Disappointed :(

From the jump, Mark was super knowledgeable and patient, but also just a really fun guy to hang out with while hitting balls. You can tell he's not just "doing his job." He is genuinely obsessed with making sure you walk out with the perfect setup. He broke down all my launch monitor numbers in a way that actually made sense, which turned what could've been an overwhelming data dump into a really cool learning session. Watching him work through different shaft and head combos was impressive. He knew exactly what he was looking for in the data, and once we clicked into the right setup, we both knew it immediately. After he tweaked my lie angle, I started flushing my 6 iron like never before. That moment alone made the entire trip worth it. I'm super grateful for Mark's time and his insane attention to detail. If you're even thinking about getting fitted, just do it, and definitely ask for Mark. I'm counting down the days until my new clubs show up!

    I usually don't post customer service experiences publicly, but this situation honestly frustrated…read moreme enough that I felt it was worth sharing. On 05/21/2026 I purchased a pair of Nike ReactX Rejuven8 shoes and another item from the Champs Sports / Foot Locker location at Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, CA. The very next morning, before work, I attempted to return the items. The issue was the store never opened during its posted business hours. Online hours showed the store opened at 10:00 AM. I waited until around 11:30 AM and nobody ever opened the store, so I eventually had to leave for work. As someone who has worked retail for many years, I understand mistakes happen. Staffing issues happen. Late openings happen. But retail stores also have communication. Everybody hears about operational issues when they happen. That's just reality in retail. When I returned to the store later to handle the return, the interaction immediately felt dismissive. Instead of greeting me, the first thing I was asked was whether I bought the items "at that store." After I explained that I had already attempted the return the prenvious Friday morning but the store never opened, the employee Laylah became noticeably defensive. Rather than acknowledging the issue or apologizing for the inconvenience, she immediately started checking schedules and insisting that employees are "always there by 10:30." The entire interaction felt less like someone trying to help resolve a customer concern and more like someone trying to defend the store from responsibility. The return was then declined because the items were considered "used." What bothered me most wasn't even the denied return. It was the way the situation was handled overall. There's a difference between enforcing policy and dismissing a customer's legitimate experience. Because of that, I documented everything carefully: * I contacted customer support directly. * I also replied to my original email from Friday -- the one asking why the store wasn't open during posted hours -- and attached the updated complaint there as well. Again, I work retail too. I understand both sides of customer interactions. Usually there's some mutual respect and understanding when retail employees deal with each other. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. Hopefully leadership reviews the situation seriously, especially regarding store operations, communication, and customer interaction standards.

They also had lots of T-shirts in here, and the prices weren't that bad, I would come here again for sure. Decent sized store located in the Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton!!

Hojin helped us and provided the lesson for our kids. He was awesome. Kind, patient, encouraging, and explaining how we as parents can continue to support our kids. The facility itself is nice-it has the latest tech for golf which I think can be really helpful for those working hard at the sport and wanting to get better. The facility is super clean and they were really nice about our kids eating a snack towards the end. We only did 30 min bc our kids are young. Overall, great facility, super clean, quiet on a Monday evening, and they were really accommodating. I will definitely be back. The monthly membership is so tempting but sooo pricey . I do like how clean and quiet it is. Hojin was also helpful for sure. And I appreciate them being so open and willing to give our 2 and 4 year old a lesson, and also warning us ahead of time in case they didn't cooperate what they would do.
