I limped into the store in pain, only to be turned away at the door. The salesman was heading on break at 3:30pm and said he could not help us be cause he was the only one there. He suggested we drive 20 miles to Corona in rush hour traffic. Or make an appointment on a different day. We just drove 17 miles from Chino Hills. Really? Not Helpful at all! I left still in pain and limping. In hindsight, I should thank that salesman--he saved us a huge amount of money. After reading Good Feet's reviews, I couldn't believe people were paying over $1,000 for insoles. I went to Lucky Feet instead, where the staff was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my feel and what I needed to help correct the problem, and I walked out pain-free with 2 insoles and new sneakers at a fraction of the cost. I had experienced the benefits of the good feet store 25 years ago. I have been an elementary school teacher for 29 years and I have noticed my hips, knees and ankles hurting at the end of the day. So, I decided to visit the the Good Feet store in Ontario on a Saturday. I was met by the store manager Gabby. I was expecting to get the sales pitch that benefited the sales person. Instead, I quickly realized Gabby cared about the causes of my pain and discomfort. I went through a couple of technological assessments and she addressed my concerns with no rush or pressure. Danielle R at the Corona location was super fantastic! She was very concerned for my needs and was attentive to my experience with my current inserts thus far. She took the extra time to make sure I was fitted correctly and was happy. She is manager material for sure. That location is lucky to have her. On the flip side, I initially bought my inserts in Ontario and that was a disaster. I complained that the inserts hurt, and I was told that was because my feet were in horrible shape. That is not true. I even went to the hospital to have my feet x-rayed. Instead of listening to my concerns I was told to suffer thru it. Turns out, I found out today that all three of my inserts were 2 sizes off. I know the employees name but will spare him from this ridicule. Don't go to Ontario ever. read more

Cautionary tale: At the time of purchasing the insoles from "The Good Feet Store," I thought it was a no brainer. Boy, was I ever wrong. Spending $1,500 in April on those ineffective insoles then, having to see a Podiatrist in July and spend more money on an injection, more customized insoles and having to wear a night boot for the rest of my life. Was not worth spending that kind of money. The insoles did not and do not work. They'll lie and tell you to wear 3 different insoles during the day to retrain your feet but those insoles may make your feet worse. Be Warned! read more

My podiatrist had recommended getting cortisone shots. After 5 years of hesitation and as my last resort I decided to visit The Good Feet Store. I'm a Transitional Kindergarten teacher in Whittier. Just go the insert but not sure I am going to keep them. Very expensive and not covered by my insurance. They look like the inserts you can get in the store and they were not molded to my feet. This place is a joke, the sales man was very nice and seemed professional at first. But when we said we needed to go home and talk about it because the quoted us 1750$ for inserts for my husband and one insert for my daughter he started making snarky comments to my daughter when he took off the insert he had her try on. He told her " sorry baby I'm going to have to take these back but but I know you will be back" completely unwarranted. And now because of third comments they lost 4 customers. We were considering getting inserts for the whole family. We were also told that they have a " life time warranty but also that things wear out in time so it seemed like the salesman was just trying to make a quick buck by not sharing the right information. read more

Today I walked into The Good Feet Store with my Mom and we were greeted by the Amazing Staff. Sheri helped me and was so informative and sweet. We were offered water and they made very safety precaution making us feel safe during our visit. Sheri's Customer Service is Outstanding and she really loves what she does. I will even have follow up calls from her to see how I'm doing with my shoes and inserts! So now I am ready to write a review. I gave this place two months and it seems to be working for me. I came in with a limp. I now have no limp, and I am playing golf which puts pressure on the inside of both knees. My problem coming in was my left inside knee, with the right giving me minimal pain. I have been wearing the relaxers almost every day along with the maintainers every other day. I tried the strengtheners for the first time today and so far so good. I have noticed a reduction in pain from wearing these inserts and the shoes they sell are the most comfortable I have ever worn. Now I throw a shout out to my man Mackenzie, who has had my back on these shoes and inserts from day one. He knows his shoes and foot knoweledge, and he has been a blessing for me since I started the process. To people reading this, this is not a regular shoe store. This is a store that is a person's last stop before a stem cell shot, or surgery. The price that is charged is no where close to what a stem cell shot costs, which is not covered by any insurance yet! I am very fortunate to have something work for me that is not a medical option. I waited a few minutes and she helped me out so fast, I was impressed. I highly recommend product, granted it's a bit expensive but it's worth every penny plus it's a lifetime product. I went in about a year ago hoping they could help my pain when I walked. The salesman that helped both me and my daughter was very sneaky. He fit us for the "system" and never told us the price until the end. He said they were $400 but I didn't know they were $400 each set. My daughter chose to only take one set but he told me my feet were very bad and I needed both. I asked about a return policy a few times, but the subject was always changed. Then in the end he told me that he would follow me for awhile to make sure all was good. He finally told me there was no refund. I was very hesitant, but decided to try it. He followed up with me a few times but I could not get comfortable in them. I went in and asked that something be done. He gave me a different type of orthotic, but still no help. He stopped following up with me after I asked for a new pair. He was very cold when I was there and I never heard from him again. Some follow up. Also, when he told me I could get replacements every year for $20 I asked for that in writing. I never got it. Not sure what would happen if I went in now. I also spoke with a regional manager who me day and she told me different information than the salesman did. When I told him what she said, he said she was wrong. Very shady deal when you pay so much and there is no guarantee that it will be ok. That is a lot of money to spend for nothing. I would never recommend them and hope that people read these reviews before they spent a fortune on these worthless insoles. I feel like I have been robbed without a gun. read more

Last week my shoes were "borrowed" by someone and not given back. my insoles from The Good Feet Store were inside them. I am a registered nurse and I was desperate to replace them, working 12 hrs on your feet does a number on my back. I reached out hoping they were an essential business. Which they weren't. But a nice man named Patrick answered, long story short he was able to replace my insoles free of charge (which aren't cheap) and sent them to me overnight. NO REFUNDS!!!! Absolutely ridiculous policy but I speculate they need this policy to stay in business. $400+ per shoe insert. My Husband and I purchased 2 each 5 days ago. We wanted to try it in hopes that it could help with our back pain as they claimed. Perhaps it is a life altering product if you can get through "the lifestyle change" as they put it in the sales pitch. Forget about the back pain our feet were throbbing forcing us to remove the inserts. We decided this wasn't for us and went to check reviews and saw the poor reviews said exactly what I am saying here. Yes I should have read reviews first, lesson learned. I want to BE VERY CLEAR that the NO REFUND ALL SALES FINAL POLICY was not spoken to us, nor did we see any signs, and we checked the website up and down this morning and it was not stated anywhere. If there was a posted sign near the register we never saw it because we never needed to walk up to it since the complete transaction took place in the front of the store where he fitted us. I called this morning and told our sales guy that we weren't satisfied and he offered store credit. But in order to even discuss it further I have to wait and call the Manager tomorrow. The sales gentleman said he was to call us today to follow up and see how we were doing. I explained that whether he called or we called we still felt the same about the product and wanted to simply discontinue using it and return it. It was as if he felt that he could talk me back in to keeping it and that we just didn't give it enough time. We spent 5 days in throbbing pain and we felt we gave it plenty of time. I purchased the $150 pair of arch supports to help with my pf. The gentleman who sold me the supports called me a week later. I informed him that I was in more pain than I originally was. He suggested giving it another week, and he would call me back. When he called back, I told him that I was in too much pain to continue wearing them. He set up an appointment for me to come back. I informed him that I couldn't afford to purchase anymore from him. He said the appointment wouldn't cost me anything, he said he would adjust or exchange the supports I bought, to get a proper fitting pair. Long story short, when I got to my appointment, he tried to sell me the $1300 supports. I told him I couldn't afford it, so he said "there's nothing I can do then". Short version: I had Bad foot pain and the good feet store made the pain go away Not quite as short version: I had several concurrent issues with planter fasciitis and that delayed and complicated full relief of the pain, but staying the course and working with Rajeeve has left me free of discomfort after several months. Long version: I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis by a podiatrist who recommended orthotics. I visited Rajeeve At the good feet store in Ontario. My evaluation showed that I had significant posture issues. After a few weeks I found out that my knees were beginning to bother me. Rajeeve let me know that this was because of posture changes and corrections. He made adjustments to my orthotics and checked in on me every several days. After a few more weeks my feet were pain-free but my knee pain was not resolved, And I began to have sciatic pain. Rajiv asked me to come by the store again, and after much research made adjustments to my orthotic inserts once again. He checked In on me encouraging me to continue and keeping track of my progress. It turns out that my knees had also been injured overtime and required direct interventions from an orthopedic physician. I may not have realized how bad my knees were unless I had work to resolve my plantar fasciitis. Conversely my plantar fasciitis was probably the result of bad posture as I compensated for my bad knees. Over time Rajeeve was right; as my posture began to correct my knee pain began to subside and my sciatic pain is nearly resolved. Interventions from my Ortho doc have reduced the inflammation in my knees, and this is the first time in many months that I am not in pain I had a complicated course; allow yourself the time to see if you have similar simultaneous problems, then allow the Good Feet Store to help you resolve those problems. I am aware that this is not an inexpensive option; I am a person who is active and loves to walk, and I was loosing the ability to do that. For me, every penny spent was worth the relief.
