It sits in a small shopping mall anchored way in the back it's hard to see from the highway you have to really know what you're looking for use your GPS. This is the second time I've come in and received fantastic service. My first experience was April of 2021. I wanted something that had what was called the wide toe box but not a wide shoe and I was just browsing places in the girl was very very helpful at the time and everything was perfect these were some of the best shoes I've owned in a long time I bought two pairs one was more of a running gym shoes sort of thing. But the one that became my daily word pretty much for over two and a half years were these walking shoes in a nice color neutral Brown not just black or the white or off-white whatever they are. I was so happy when I went in there and I said I was in here a few years ago I gave him my phone number and my name they pulled me up said yeah you're here and I was quite pleased to know these exact same shoes are still available and they had them in stock so I got myself another pair because after two over two and a half years of very very hard wear through all different elements for seasons they finally started to begin to slowly get unglued at the sole. But once again I came in in the service was fantastic I had no complaints at all this is an outstanding store right here and even if you have to have something ordered they keep in touch with you and let you know everything that's going on.

I did find…read more2 pairs of shoes but after leaving the store I found that I was overcharged $30 for one pair. I called the store and the sales associate apologized and said she was crediting my card the original amount charged and then charged me for the correct amount. The charge for the correct amount appeared on my credit card but the refund never did. When I called about the refund the sales associate was rude and said it might take 30 days to show up on my credit card. The refund never showed up. When I called again the store sales associate said I could come to the store and view the refund receipt and basically hung up on me. The final result is that now I have been over charged twice. Be sure to check your receipt before you leave the store to make sure you were not over charged.

The worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I went here in April to get my…read moredaughters bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding in June. They said it would be here by June 7th which was kind of late because the wedding is June 13. I call back and ask them again a couple of weeks later seeing if it changed, they said May 30th. So may 30th comes around, I call them ask if it's there and they said no it's not coming till the 12. I ask them if there's anything they could do about it and they said they will try. I call corporate to see if they could do anything, they can't and ive been in hold with them for 40+ minutes before I have them call back. They call back 4 hours later not being able to help me. I call the store today (6-2) asking if there was any news, earlier it sounded very promising and she took my number to call me back. 2 hours go by and no call so I call them back at 7:00 (they close at 7:30) and they kept putting me on hold and then hung up on me after waiting the 35 minutes to ask the question. Never again going to David's bridal for anything. This isn't the first time David's royally screwed me over.
