Do your feet STILL HURT? Mine don't, for two good reasons: 1. The Good Feet Store. 2. Monique S. That's the powerhouse combination. When I went into the store, my ankles were shot. My flat feet were barely usable, and I had not been free of pain for months. After trying orthotics/supports from Fleet feet, Dr. Scholl's, and those from various pharmacies, I realized that I had an increase in my spending without a decrease in my pain. Then I remembered a commercial about The Good Feet store. I thought it was all hype. Now, with even more pain, less mobility and less money, I figured I had nothing to lose so I gave it a shot. Before writing this, I'd Just gotten home back from a 10 mile bike ride. That's the day after a killer gym workout four days in a row. I HAVE MY LIFE BACK THANKS TO MONIQUE AND THE GOOD FEET STORE! She and her Manager took so much time with me that I started to feel guilty. I got the proper sizing; tried on various types; and was made aware of the reasoning behind the options I was given. No, I was not thinking it would be cheap and in hindsight every dollar spent was well worth it -- I'd do it again. You're supposed to break the orthotics in gradually, day-by -day. Since I am who I am, I didn't listen. They felt so good and instantly brought so much relief that I didn't wanna take them off. That was a huge mistake. I walked right back into the store in a different kind of pain. That's when I met Monique. She took the time to re-explain what had already been explained. She shared some of the nuances around proper acclamation, and within a week, or two, the world opened up in areas that had closed, I.e. being able to hike, bike, and simply walk across the room without pain. I've gone back since. and each time, Monique greets me with a smile and open arms making me feel. as though I'm the only person in the store. She truly knows how to create a relationship. So if you are tired of being in pain; spending money that does nothing but deplete your pockets; feeling as if you're annoying a sales clerk who would rather be selling a more expensive pair of shoes than dealing with you, go to The Good Feet store, in Roseville. Meet Monique--she's the angel of orthotics as far as I can tell. When I tell you the experience is well worth it and life-changing that is an understatement. She's fantastic. If I ever open another business, I'd steal her if I could. She and the product are incredible; I can't say enough about either. What a wonderful experience! They advertise that their feet arch support is fitted personally by each person. That is an absolute lie. They go in the back of the store and they choose from three options and one of them should theoretically fit your arch. Then they charge you $800 for something that should not cost any more than $100, maximum. I went to my doctor, and he got me custom arch supports and Insurance covered it. But my doctor told me what I purchased from the Good Feet store should not cost any more than $100. They are a rip off! Don't fall for it, people! read more

I have always had a bad back and bad knees and I know that I did not wear the best shoes. I've been wanting to go to the Good Feet store for a long time but I do know that they're quite pricey. Today I went in anyways just to check it out. I met Monique who quickly got me ready for the walking tests Etc to show where my problems were with my feet. She then came out with several different pairs of shoes and insoles that were comparable to my foots size and problem. She took a lot of time with me and I appreciate that. I bought a pair of insoles to try. I know I will be back in to get the wellness package at least. It's a lifelong commitment with them. I was very satisfied and how Monique knew her job and how to explain everything from the problems I have with my feet and current shoes as well as a solution in which to fix it. When I tried on the insoles with their shoes I stood up straighter, my knees didn't hurt as bad my back felt less pressure and I noticed I wasn't wobbly on my feet I was much more balanced. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I spent 1900 here and used my FSA card to get inlays for my daughter. They said it would not be a problem. Now my HSA wants a letter of medical necessity. When I called the store, they refused to give me one because they are not doctors. According to my HSA it is fine that they are not doctors. The letter just needed to state that products that were bought were insert for correction of pronation and to assist with arch support. That is it. That is what there products claim to do and now they are refusing to write this letter. They told me to go to the doctor to get the letter but the HSA wants it from the provider of the services. Now I am going to have to pay back to 1900 for these products that are covered. Not only that, after about six months, the inlays are no longer helping with the problem she is having. read more

The Good Feet Store appears to be rather deceptive in their practices. I purchased their $1800 'package' from Marc, the Manager on 4/17/24. During the process, I asked if they ever had any failures to which he replied, 'yes'. He stated if they did not work, I could bring them back, implying for a refund. He did not explicitly state that it would only be for store credit. Long story short, they did not work for me. In fact, they caused more pain than I was experiencing without them. A visit to my doctor, and some x-Rays, indicate I have arthritis in my lower back and need a hip replacement. Confident I could return them, I dug out the receipt only to see, buried in the fine print at the bottom... 'No Cash Refunds'. They WILL offer me $1800 worth of store credit. Fantastic experience! This store was recommended by my husband's co-worker. He does a lot of walking on cement floors all day and no matter what shoe he buys, his feet end up killing him. Off to The Good Feet Store! The manager helped us and measured his feet length and width and talked for quite a bit about what he does during the day. Found out he was actually buying the wrong size shoe for many years and didn't realize it! We ended up buying a pair of tennis shoes, some inserts and the coolest foot massager we've ever used! That massager really makes a difference on his feet and calves after a long day. Now, these items are not cheap, but I believe you get what you pay for. Since following the mgr's advice and using the products, there is a complete turnaround in how his feet feel. His pain has gone down considerably and he is a lot happier. When I went to the store I had foot pain and was constantly turning my ankles. I was sold a 3 pair insert with one cushioned insole package. When I got home and tried them on with my shoes, none of my shoes fit. Each insert had a progressively higher arch. I can only wear the low and medium, because the highest one has been too painful. The inserts are rigid and hard. Due to bone spurs in my heels they can be painful if I walk for a long time. Despite buying the inserts my bunions have gotten worse, but they have helped alot with the foot pain and I no longer turn/sprain my ankles. read more

Don't be fooled that this is a cure all. I went to Good Feet because I worked at a retail store where I was standing on a cement floor for several hours. This caused severe pain in my back and legs. So I went to GF store where they insured me that the inserts would levitate the pain in my back and legs. So I paid $200 for them only to realize I have to buy bigger shoe that tie because they don't fit in the shoes I have. The inserts were hard and stiff not easy to wear for long hours. So now I not only does my back and legs hurt my feet are sore. By the end of my work day I was in so much pain I was in tears. I went back to GF store to see if I could get a refund and their attitude was sorry can't do anything for you. I suggest you go to your Dr first your insurance may pay for the inserts. read more

2 months ago I walked into the Good feet Store in Roseville. I had problems with an ankle that was a result of a broken fibula 40 years ago. As an 80 year old, surgery was out of the question. I have an inflamed ligament in my foot so I went to good feet for some inserts. Hugely exaggeratedly expensive and I'm still waiting for them to kick in and assist the repair of my foot. It's been about a month and wearing them every day. With fingers crossed they work. Wish they didn't cost so much I would like to send my family in but not for that price. I have had terrible plantar fasciitis which is now under control but was recently diagnosed with Morton's neuroma and capsulitis of the second toe. Ouch. My podiatrist made an orthotic specifically for my foot. I believed him when he said it would help get rid of the pain. I needed something to get my life back. I decided to purchase the orthotic he recommended because I was miserable. Every day. Guess what? The orthotic he made specifically for my foot did NOT improve my pain. At all. So disappointed. First time I walked in to Good Feet, I was there because I'd googled a particular shoe that indicated I could see it there which I hoped would help my pain. When I walked in, Marc greeted me, and asked me what my issue was. When I told him what I was experiencing, he said I could leave the store today and have my pain decrease, potentially altogether. In my mind, I thought, "Yeah, right." You can understand why I was so skeptical hearing those words after my experience with my podiatrist's orthotics. Marc spent 90 minutes with me, explaining how the GF orthotics work and would help all of my foot arches and decrease my pain. I bit the bullet, purchased a complete set, and left with cautious optimism. The first week, I didn't have much relief. Because I could put these orthotics in ANY of my shoes, I learned more about which shoes I could go back to using and which I couldn't. The second week, I noticed a LOT less pain. At the beginning of week three, I decided to try getting back into regular exercise, something I haven't done for about 10 months because of the pain. 7 full days of an hour of exercise and NO PAIN. My good feet story started after I took my wide there for her problems. I have extremely high arches and would get shin splits and could not find any shoe that would work to give me support for longer than 2 months. Came back in to buy a new pair of running shoes today ~ but my Good Feet story started back in February when my X-rays showed I broke my foot (at the Gym) and I was told to wear a ORTHO SHOE (not the boot) or either have a custom support made or possibly try arch supports from the Good Feet store. I recently brought my 10 year old daughter to the good feet for a pair of shoes after purchasing supports and shoes for myself. These supports were life changing for me nearly eliminating all my back pain and foot pain. They took such good care of my daughter, fitting her for supports and getting her into just the right shoe. This place is a total scam. There is a reason they don't offer refunds, they know their products don't work. If you have foot pain go to a doctor not a sales person at the good feet store. Think of all the places you shop that offer refunds if you are not completely satisfied with the product or service they are selling. They offer this return policy because they know their products and services are good. The Good Feet store would be out of business quickly if they offered refunds to their customers. We made the mistake of getting their inserts for our son a year ago because of placer facetious. The sales guy at the store said this would help with the pain. Since they were over $400 we expected them to work as advertised. A year later still no improvement. We took my son to his doctor and she told us that the worst thing you could do is wear the "horrible Good Feet inserts". (Her words, not ours). We threw them away in the doctor's office and picked up some gel inserts for $10 at Target which the Doctor recommended. 2-days later my son's feet are feeling the best they have felt in over a year. read more
