As soon as I called The Good Feet Store, they were helpful and I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Minerva took excellent care of me. She is extremely knowledgable, and answered all of my questions. I explained how tired and sore my feet feel on a daily basis. As a teacher and someone with an active lifestyle, I am on my feet a lot. Minerva helped me try on sevaral orthodics, and about an hour later, I was walking on clouds through the store. She even was able to find a special insert for the occasional "dress up in heels events." I wore some inserts for my workout this morning at the gym, and already I can feel my posture is better and my feet are very happy. She assured me that she will follow up in a few days to see how I am doing, and I believe her. It's not always common to receive this stellar customer service. Terrible experience trying to hold the salesperson, store manager, and store owner accountable for a full refund of approximately $1,500 they committed to at the time of purchase -- not credit -- if the products didn't work. The products didn't work for us. Instead of honoring their refund commitment, they repeatedly offered variations of inserts and extended the refund timeline until it was past the window for a Visa dispute on the original charge. They then refused to take the product back or return any money. When we escalated, the explanations we received were inconsistent with each other and with what we were originally told. We spent hours out of principle trying to hold them accountable to their word. Their products may work well for others, but they didn't for us, and based on our experience, we felt the company did not honor its commitment. Very disappointing. Buyers beware. read more

I was there 2 weeks ago on sand city. This young lady name Liz help me out. I was there for a while she convince me I'm getting the insole the socks and other things. She didn't let me know in how much is all my will cost, it turn out that is ,1900 hundred dollars. I haven't worn any of them and went to return it. I text her many times and she keeps saying she will get back to me and never did. She ripped me off to get commission. I do not have that kind of money to pay for this. However, the sales rep was trying to convince me to buy the whole system when it was clear that at least 2 of the insoles were not going to work for me. Also, the rep was sick and coughing all over the place and then touching the shoes and insoles he was handing me. These guys ARE NOT Dr.s first off. They got my shoe size wrong from the start. Saying I was a 13 when I'm a 15 and even tried on three different sizes to prove them wrong. Second the supports hurt my feet even more and 3rd you don't get your $1300.00 back if you don't like them after 3 weeks. I went to Target right afterwords bought a tennis ball. My husband and I bought orthotic packages from Lynn. We got such great help and support from her and Minerva! What a great team. There is a period of training for your feet with the orthotic system so you have to be patient as your body adjusts. I have arthritis in my feet and so does my husband but we are now able to wear are orthotics all day. I have noticed a great deal of pain relief in my back and ankle.
