No show It is Saturday now and my oxygen concentrator is malfunctioning. Calling Apria after hours care, all I hear is the info loop over music on hold, over and over again. On hold now for 17 minutes. I understand that Apria is currently in an ongoing fraud case in California, looks like they've hoisted the white flag. Meanwhile, I have to wait until Monday for any kind of response. Such a fall from grace, initially they were extremely good at providing equipment as needed, now not so much.

I was contacted to provide my Insurance info, which I did. I then was contacted twice after that to provide again. 3 times they were given the info and was also informed that insurance requires pre authorization. I was then contacted 6/25 saying insurance been approved and that all I had to pay was a one time fee of $147.80. I did and my machine was shipped. On 7/13, apria took and additional $836 from my account without my knowledge. After hours on the phone, the supervisor, whom all he could say was "sorry for the inconvenience " advised me to return the equipment and I would be given a full refund as I had informed him that per my insurance, no one had ever requested or been given approval and they would not cover it without pre authorization That I would have to return it and start all over. On July 14, I drove 100 miles round trip to return my equipment and was provided a receipt. It's now be 2 weeks and I called to find out why I had it received my refund. They act like there was nothing in file that shows I should have been given one!! I am beyond upset and will be filing with the better business bureau and small claims court. This company should not be in business. The are all incompetent!! Do not give them your business, you will not be happy.
