I recently had a podiatrist tell me that I needed to take better care of my feet, and he set me up with orthotics and some suggestions on finding more stability shoes to go with them. I easily found several stores with good options for stability athletics shoes where the soles can be removed and replaced with my orthotics. I had difficulty finding dress shoes that could be like that for work though. One of my colleagues at work suggested that I check out The Good Feet Store. I made an appointment easily online and received a video that walked me through the free measurements to help produce arch supports. I realized that wasn't what I was looking for as I already have my medical-grade orthotics. When I brought this up to my colleague, she suggested I keep my appointment and look at the stability shoes on display on the wall and explain about having already received orthotics. I planned to do that. When I arrived just in time for my appointment, I saw two employees helping two other people. I waited a few minutes, and one of the employees took a break from helping someone to come over to me. One employee came over to check me in and then I shared that I already had orthotics that my doctor helped me create. I had to repeat that a few times as that employee thought that I was referring to generic orthotics or soles that you can buy in a store. He showed me the stability shoes they had in store which were all athletic shoes, but he didn't have any suggestions or recommendations of places I could go to in order to find stability dress shoes or even dress shoes where the soles are removable (to use orthotics). I was disappointed that he didn't even try to find anywhere to recommend though I understand that he wanted to get back to whomever he was helping before the time of my appointment. While I wasn't impressed with the service I received, the store is helpful for those needing assistance with their feet, especially if they haven't already received medical-grade orthotics from a doctor. NEVER go here if your feet hurt!!! You will be convinced that you need all the overpriced products the salesperson recommends. Same arch supports they sell for over $400 are available on Amazon for about $25. They use lots of gimmicks and high pressure to sell you their products. DON'T do it. I got suckered, duped and ripped off for over $1700. NO refunds only store credit. There is a class action suite against them. I learned a hard lesson and want to warn others. BEWARE!!! Everything was was pretty decent until that insane pricing came out. Once I made the comment I need some time to figure out my HSA this lady turned into a 1900's used car salesman. Old high school lazy high pressure sales tactics. Offered absolutely no counters to my issue and just made me feel awful about a simple no I need time to figure it out. Treated me like garbage after that no. No counters, no discount, no help to a solution, just old timey sleazy sales. $1500 lowest price to get out of there with 3 different insoles is awful. The reason I feel that way? Well that's simple you built no value into your sales process. Didn't compare your insoles to anybody else, didn't say this is standard pricing for the industry, just a why on earth would you not pull the trigger right this second! I was going to come back but not after that experience. Poor hires can drown your business. Turn that sales process around and you might turn this location around. read more

If you looking to walk out lighter (money taken from your wallet) this is the place. The service they provide is adequate but overpriced. Simple items (shoe inserts) which would cost less than a dollar is priced at $100 plus . Heel lifts which would cost less than $2 are priced at $30+. Although I did receive minimal relief, I think this whole concept is overpriced and not worth it. read more

My mom is in her 70s and was having severe foot pain and nothing helped.. She was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. She had heard about it from her friend. They went together and spent a pretty good amount for foot inserts. They surprisingly worked! She barely being able to walk. Once there they put them in her shoes she was able to walk and dance. If either of her feet act up she just puts in her inserts and no more pain. Very thankful for them. read more

I can buy a new pair of custom insoles every year for 14 years before breaking even with these overpriced, standard insoles. BTW, I haven't had any pain since using the custom ones. This is a business that is high pressure sales so buyer beware. I was sold shoes. When you are in pain you will believe their pitch. I purchased the inserts July 5, 2019 and the shoes. I never got relief. My family noticed that I was walking out the shoes due to their size. They suggested that they were too big. I was just trying my best to get rid of the pain. When I brought the shoes in for exchange, my insert suddenly disappeared after the manager took my shoes back. They refitted me as there was no disputing they had sold me shoes that were too big. They then held my insert hostage and for 300 I could get them. Totally dishonest about product and warranty. Consider any alternative as they will pressure sell you, lie to you and not uphold warranty. I spent well over $1000 and it did not help the pain. read more

I would not recommend walking into The Good Feet Store. I should have read the reviews before I went in. I went in looking for help and was assisted by Salesman Kevin Qualls. (As mentioned below, acts like a used car salesman). Very pushy and know it all. I had just saw a Podiatrist and learned I have high arches and he recommended shoes for arch support for high arches. I walked in looking for solutions and walked out with a pair of shoes and a set of 3 plastic molded arch supports. I went home feeling hopeful and looking forward to better foot support so I could do more walking. A month later, I have tried all 3 arch supports and my feet felt worse than before I went in. I went back to the Podiatrist because my right foot was swollen and red on top of the instep. He said the shoes were too tight and narrow and the arch supports I was sold I should not wear as they were doing more harm than good. I had spent over $200 on a pair of Brooks Dyad shoes that were too narrow and not the right shoes for me (but what they had in stock) to sell me. I had spent nearly $1200 on this set of plastic (not custom) arch supports that I could not use and were useless. I walked into the store and spoke with the Manager (Bonnie Olson) and she told me they could not refund my money. I had been sold a pair of shoes that didn't fit and a set of plastic arch supports that were causing more harm to my feet. Bonnie said she could offer a partial store credit toward in-store merchandise, but they don't have shoes in my size and I wear New Balance Shoes and she said they DO NOT have a contract with New Balance Shoes. These are cookie cutter inserts not made for you. They can do more harm than good. After spending 200 (non refundable) some of my pain was better but other parts hurt and my tires went numb. Look up mark fugit orthodics. He custom makes inserts for under 200. Been going to him for 13 years now. read more

I have not purchased these as $999.00 is out of my budget. I can tell you this, the sales people / fitters were very professional. It truly did make a difference in my posture and did relive pain in feet due to a bunion. Be prepared, bring a prescription as even if you use your HSA card you need a prescription to justify to IRS. I have Plantar Fascitis. Dr recommended orthotics. After some research on where to go, I went to their Scottsdale location and Bonnie helped me out. She explained how it all worked with professionalism and did not make me feel pressured. She measured me, made sure the fit was good and comfortable. I bought a couple of pairs of shoes and the orthotics. She gave me instructions on 'how to break them in'. After a couple of weeks. I went back in to show her the improvement. I was this store about a month ago. I was treated very professionally and like they cared. I'd been having pain in my arches. I had been trying the Walgreens kind but they never seemed to help. I was suffering a great deal of pain in from Plantar Fasciitis. It got so bad that every time I walked it was like a sharp burning pain in my heal. So I went to The Good Feet Store in Scottsdale and got my free fitting. In the showroom the pain was significantly reduced, by at least 80%, so I bought the arch supports. After 2 weeks I went back for a quick and FREE adjustment and have been 100% pain free ever since. Yes, you are going to pay for them, but in my mind going from not being able to walk more than a few steps without discomfort to being able to walk and be on my feet all day, every day is worth every penny I paid and then some. I went into a Good Feet Store because of a knee issue that I've been living with for about 15 years. It was from a sports injury and I thought that I was going to have to live with the pain. When I went to talk to specialist, he pointed out that my foot pronated (rolled in) which was effecting my ankle and knee on that leg. He showed me the 3-step system, which is basically 3 different supports to go into all the different shoes I wear and the different activities I do. Even my flip-flops!! Within 1 week my knee pain was gone. I can't believe I waited this long and the answer was at The Good Feet Store. The people there are great and genuinely seem to care about getting you pain free. Good Feet is the solution I have been looking for and you can't beat the customer service! Go in and talk to Bonnie! I found out about GoodFeet at a local home show. They measured my feet, took a print, and educated me about thier insert solutions. I wasn't sure if it was worth it, I tried them on but did not buy yet. (Even though my feet immediately felt better and had immediate better posture with the inserts in) Every day since the show I regretted not getting them, then I heard the radio ad and over Christmas my aunt was talking about how awesome the sandal solutions were.
