This location is in the Spring District, which is super convenient if you're taking the light rail since it drops you off right there. It's located next to a park like plaza with a small grassy area and little water fountains. According to their website, kids are welcome in the restaurant and patio areas until 8 PM (but not in the bar area), which makes this a nice family friendly spot earlier in the day. Later on, the vibe seems like it would be perfect for catching a game, grabbing drinks with friends, and enjoying a more energetic brewery atmosphere. We started with two Moscow mules. Since that's one of our go to drinks and we've had quite a few, these weren't our absolute favorite here. They leaned more on the lime heavy side, and we weren't sure if the ginger beer was just a little flat. That being said, we still finished them! The Birria nachos were the highlight for me! They were so delicious, and the beer cheese sauce was SO good. I honestly just wished there was more of it because it added such a great flavor. My only small complaint is that I wish the toppings were spread out a little more evenly so every bite had a good mix, but overall they were still really tasty. The Mac Attack was also good, but it didn't completely wow us. If you're looking for an ultra thick, super creamy mac and cheese, this probably isn't that style. Still, it was a solid dish and enjoyable! Overall, we had a great first visit and would definitely come back to try more of the menu. The edges are constructed in a way that a ball can easily get lodged under the rim of the edges and the light strips that line it, making it difficult to play a smooth game. There's also one hole in particular that our balls got stuck in multiple times. There are no instructions whatsoever, like how the game of thrones inspired one is the last hole (it does not return your ball). All in all, it's fun for one time but I definitely had higher expectations for gameplay and the construction and quality of the holes.

When the bill arrived, we were charged the full $18 per glass. We politely asked the manager, Taylor, about it. Her first response was, "Did you drink it?" When we explained that we did, but that the substitution was due to the restaurant being out of the wine we ordered, she followed with, "Have you been here before?"--which felt unnecessarily dismissive considering we have visited at least 30+ times. Taylor refused to adjust the price, stating that because we drank the wine, no adjustment would be made. When we decided to simply pay and leave, she then commented that we were "escalating things." To make matters worse, as we were leaving, she stood with the host, pointed us out, and made a point of announcing that we were leaving, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. This was never about the $8 difference--especially during a nearly $350 meal. It was about customer service and how a simple issue was handled.
