I had one of the BEST chai lattes ever here. Life changing haha. It was perfectly spiced - like it wasn't too much, I don't know how to describe it other than it wasn't too much just right. And also piping hot. My visit wouldn't have been the same without it.

Love the ice coffee with homemade hazelnut syrup.

Probably the most popular eatery in Yachats. The ice coffee with homemade hazelnut syrup was so delicious! The Mexican Coffee was another winner, pay just a little more for the larger size to save for later. The tofu scramble breakfast slider was decent, but not postcard worthy. The fish sandwich more than satisfied. There's much to like about the place including very friendly (but a little too sassy) service.

Amazing vegetarian spot on the Oregon Coast! Looked up vegan/vegetarian spots to try on the Oregon Coast and Green Salmon was one of the most frequently mentioned! Small parking lot in the front of the restaurant with street parking available as well. We arrived around 2pm on a Thursday and the restaurant was still pretty busy! Cozy vibe - lots of posters, trinkets, and different varieties of teas and tarot cards for sale. Seating is a mix of indoor tables and booths. I ordered the Sacred Cow Reuben and it was ready within 10-15 minutes. Sacred Cow Reuben (5/5): Very hearty! Salad tasted fresh and I liked the cranberries in it. The sandwich itself was humongous. The grilled tempeh was seasoned well and paired nicely with the thousand island dressing, pickles, and onions on the side. All in all, a tasty meal. Even if you're not vegan/vegetarian, I would still recommend checking out Green Salmon! Nice ambiance and great food - worth the stop.

Ordered blueberry pancakes and vegan bacon. The pancake had a nice crisp edge around it. The bacon wasn't too bad either. All in all, very filling!

Still creative and delicious! Hard to find the menu online but they're still cooking good things Plenty of taro cards too!

this was such an amazing little cafe!!! I got the neptune plate and it was absolutely delicious, definitely a fan of the caviar and being able to assemble my own bagel. me and my friends had such a great time using the tarot cards while we wait and i highly recommend visiting here on your next coastal trip! service was wonderful as well!

This place was so cool, not to mention the vibes of the customers was serene as hell. Workers were silly and full for whimsy. Got the ALT wrap with the fake bacon and was pleasantly surprised ! i love Pepperonchinis too so i was SO HAPPY about them. mind you i was dying of hunger on this little roadtrip me and my friends took to the coast so i was revived! fun oracle and tarot cards all around to entertain yourselves too!

Entertainment at your table while you wait!

The atmosphere and vibe is rustic, cozy, and unique. While waiting in line there are items you can browse that fit with that overall theme. I was just wanting something warm to drink after beachcombing and went with the hot cocoa made with your choice of milk and their vegan whipped cream. As a non-vegan I couldn't tell the difference, it was delicious! Would return to try food in the future!

I really like this spot and my wife positively loves it. We've been here a few times. The drinks are great; I really enjoyed my peach oolong tea. The folks working here are very nice and friendly. It's fairly rustic but it feels authentic here. Can be a bit of a wait so keep that in mind. If you like a lox bagel give the vegan caviar one a try. I had heard of this seaweed based caviar substitute and was intrigued; it was pretty good on its own but all together with the other accoutrements it was fantastic.

During my most recent weekend in Yachats, The Green Salmon was my favorite business I visited during those 48 hours. I had breakfast here on both weekend mornings. I feel like the best way to explain why I love it here is to post a bullet point list. Here you go: - As soon as you walk in there is a land recognition message for the Indigenous Peoples of this area. - The pastries are not only massive in size and yumminess, they are all plant based?!? During my visits I had their maple croissant, almond croissant, and the blueberry/lemon scone. All exceptional. - They are a tarot card store at the same time of being a cafe. I'm not really into tarot but the cards at each table provided nice entertainment while we nomed. - I ordered their breakfast sandwich with the tofu scramble on an everything bagel for both mornings. yum. yum yum. - On Saturday morning we were able to order and get a table with no problem. However, on Sunday, I believe due to the farmers market, there was a line out the door to order. It was a bit of a wait. But well worth it.

The coffee here is delicious!! The pastries are very tasty, especially for being vegan. We love the welcoming, warm and colorful ambiance here--truly feels like you've stumbled on a local gem with the various plants everywhere and light-filled windows and booths. We are not vegan, so we missed having eggs for breakfast, but if we were, I don't think vegan breakfasts and pastries get much better than this. Morning Glory in Eugene can rival this place, but it is a wonderful stop if you're visiting the coast.

In addition, they changed their fish and chips from halibut to rockfish, offering only two pieces of rockfish for $17 vs the three pieces of halibut for $18. The new owners took over in April 2025. They haven't owned it very long and we heard they already have it back up for sale with a sale pending currently. The floor plan inside has changed a bit. They took out a row of booths and replaced them with bar stool seating. It doesn't look bad, but I'm not sure how much of the bar seating is actually used. We only come here for brunch or lunch. Overall the food was okay, but kind of pricey compared to their predecessors. The servers were the same as we remember. They are friendly, helpful and attentive. It's a decent restaurant, but I'm biased to the place I'm used to visiting every time we come to Yachats. Hopefully the new owners will pole the community on what they would like to see at the establishment, since they will be the main customer base. We're hoping for the best and plan to check out what the next owners do.

The vibe couldn't get more authentic fish house unless we were on the boat. Speaking of authentic, the "chips" are about as real English triple cooked as I've had. I haven't been to England, but these fries are better than British themed pubs I've tried in Vegas. Freshness is the difference from the fish coming out of Luna's kitchen and any other fish houses we've tried from Santa Monica all the way up to Port Angeles. That's 3 Pacific states I mentioned. Lightly fried and nicely battered. I literally felt the alpha proteins process in my body before the check even came. Flakey, buttery and tender seem like generic terms to use with fish descriptions. I truly mean it here, dude. The aesthetic is functional honest fish house. Choose your own seating, with adequate outdoor umbrella'd picnic tables with a view of the gorgeous village. There's a hybrid indoor/outdoor dining space with a transparent rooftop for a sheltered outdoor vibe and there's an indoor dining area away from the elements as well. You seat yourselves. The busy bodies working at Luna's are chipper and are all about what they do. Keep a happy staff and you see the results. They have to be feeding the staff I'm sure. Refills on time, attentive even when full. Elioy is THE MAN! We've sent our teenagers on their own to dine here. It's that kind of service. Good peeps! Speaking of our boys, this was the restaurant that they specifically ask for ever since they first tried it. Prices are great for the unique fresh quality and you can have anything fried or grilled. There is some indoor seating, and lots of outdoor seating. They were super busy, so service was a little slow, but nothing that was a problem. This is not a fancy place, but it sure is tasty!
