I went with a group of friends and I turned 21 last month so I had to go get a temporary ID (which is out of state) but I also had my old id with me to prove that this is me. I had no other problems going to any other dispensary besides this store LITERALLY! The manager looked at both of my ids and said they can't accept it Bc it's out of state temporary ID, but all the others one said it was fine as long as I had my expired id and temporary paper ID. My friends that went in told me that the staff were extremely judgmental and provide an unwelcoming atmosphere. They felt like they were profiled and did not provide any friendly help. read more

This is a very Corporate type of store, so take from that what you will. Pros: Very friendly staff, convenient location, lots of different products from flower to concentrates to edibles, t-shirts, pipes and papers. Cons: Although friendly, staff has limited knowledge. This is likely influenced by their young age and lack of experience. They basically have their standard lines feed to them by the company. If you ask deeper questions, they are stumped, so know your own business. Flower is priced ok, but is always dry. Selection is ok, but that's all. The Clones look horrible and they don't even know if they are female or male plants. Idiots. Be aware that they charge you almost a dollar for a bag to carry your items out. That is each visit unless you remember to bring the bag with you. Very corporate place ran for maximum profit. I walked in there in such pain I walked out had my CBD in hand.... the girl knew exactly what I needed.... we were a group of four and she spoke to all of use and very knowledgeable. Great staff but I found rocks in my bag. Rocks and mud. I was getting better brick weed in 1995. Outdoor grown cannabis absorbs heavy metals from the ground. Great for cleaning up radiation, bad for smoking. Heavy metals are tied to Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative diseases. read more

I, unfortunately, can not smoke, so I use edibles for my medical condition. The edibles offered lack consistency. When you do get one you like and is consistent- it disappears forever and is replaced by something so horrible tasting that I have given up going here. I love the people, the location is convenient I don't mind paying more to save having to treck to a medical dispensary...but not anymore. This is my FAVORITE DISPENSARY in the entire state for the following reasons: Quality: this is the reason I go to TGS more than any other dispense. They ALWAYS have top quality flower as well as wax. Their wax is slightly overpriced, but with the amount of promotions they offer, you can stock up when they have it for cheaper. They offer 3 levels of quality: top shelf, feature and private stock. Top shelf is technically their lowest quality but it shines far above many dispensaries highest quality bud by a long shot. You get what you pay for....it is probably $10 more than you'll pay somewhere else, but you will never leave disappointed. To me, knowing that I can count on the best quality every single time I buy is worth paying a little more. Staff: the staff are all amazing in their own way. I have become friends with many of the employees because I frequent their store so often. Extremely friendly, but more importantly, knowledgeable. Give them an idea of how you want to experience your cannabis and they will be able to pick out exactly what you're looking for. Location/store quality: there are GS all over the state! They all are able to keep up with the varieties of different strains by having tablets telling you exactly what type of bud they have in stock. Every location has different strains, so call ahead if you're looking for a particular flavor. Call ahead/order online: once you're more familiar with the strains they offer, it is a good idea to call ahead or order online. As long as you're a loyalty member, it is extremely simple. Half of the fun in the beginning is experiencing the store for all its glory, but once you've seen it and want a more efficient way to pick up and go, there is no better way. Loyalty card: building up points quickly is extremely easy to do as a loyalty member. If you would like, you are able to opt into coupons/promotions once a week via text. Today was my first Green solution experience, having live down the street from the Peoria and Parker Road location for over 10 years. I was somewhat encouraged when I walked in and the lady behind the counter was quite friendly and the establishment looks very clean. Once I entered the back area I thought I was at the DMV. They were 11 people in line and about 6 or 7 employees behind the counter casually chit chatting with each other while occasionally making eye contact with those of us in line, but only 1 bud tender was actually helping a customer. Unfortunately, this wasn't a day where I had a lot of time to wait so I was instantly discouraged. Having chosen not to renew my license last year I will admit that I have been terribly disappointed with the recreational purchasing experience because it differs dramatically from a medical purchase. That said, not only do I feel like I've lowered my standards and expectations but additionally, I didn't expect to need a lot of time because recreational purchases are very rushed unlike the catering you receive when you're licensed. Nonetheless, I waited patiently, hoping the line would move quickly with that many employees behind the counter, however, in the 8 minutes I waited not a single employee ever attempted to service the 11 of us who were still waiting and no explanation was ever given. so I decided to leave and will chalk it up to yet another shitty rec experience and say that the Green solution is a huge disappointment and their trendy music won't make me want me shop there or at any establishment with poor customer service. read more

Great store environment and decent prices for both flower and concentrates. Online ordering is super easy and fast pickup at this location. They offer 10% off when you buy more than four nectar bee items which is great! If you don't order online the inside is very clean with digital displays describing each strain. Prices have been pretty consistent. Expect to pay $60 plus tax for a quarter of an ounce. Would love to see ounces for $99 again!! Staff is very friendly with customers. I had a pleasant experience in the store, it's their online ordering that has been a nightmare. I placed an online order in December 2018. I PICKED IT UP ! Manager had a problem with his inventory, so apparently the order showed cancelled AFTER I picked up. I have made three attempts to get this store to reset my online account. They just won't do it. They just won't do it. My last email from support@tgscolorado.com said they would have it fixed, that was over two weeks ago...Nothing. Very corporate environment, many times with long waits. Ever rotating staff that seems uneducated, irritated and many times will just stare at you while you try and make sense of their setup. Possibly try and offer something, ask what we like, talk about the weather at least. Half gram shatter in glass containers that is terribly hard to get out is the worst packaging solution I have seen. Besides the fact they don't offer a way to recycle them. Customer service and interaction from management needs to improve. While understanding the array of customer encounters by staff on a daily basis can range from 10-100 customers, this can obviously be overwhelming on staff in the tense environment this creates. In addition to that, due to the high levels of stress, this negatively impacts the employee performance. My overall experience was AWESOME! I was received with a friendly staff member that held a smile entirely. There is a small fee ($3.50) to use any type of credit/debit card, which is relatively high with respect to other institutional charges such as ATM fees that are usually around just $2.00. This is a negative for the consumer, but it is also a "convenience", so it is understandable. The reason I choose to continuously patron this particular location is for the quality "Nectarbee" concentrates and the heavy discounts offered to customers that purchase 4 or more products. I really appreciate this from TGScolorado, thank you! Anyone that goes to this location in the afternoon, expect to take about 20-30 minutes to shop inside. There are usually long lines and you can imagine the people you'll meet!
