I stood at their trailer for over 30 minutes while eating my food, and not a single employee bothered to come over and take my order. It looked like a ghost town. In frustration, I actually called the phone number printed right on the side of their trailer. Someone answered, but instead of being helpful, they were incredibly rude, snapped "What do you want?", when I answered they immediately hung up. When I tried calling back, they just ignored the phone entirely. It takes a special level of terrible service to completely abandon your post at a major festival and then treat paying customers like a nuisance when they try to reach you. After the way I was treated, I wouldn't drink their coffee if it was free. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
