Our group of 9 went here to celebrate a family birthday. This little place was so cute! Great atmosphere, nice lighting, very cool pictures throughout, and absolutely the BEST Service I've had in any restaurant. Our Server Jack was AMAZING!! He literally felt like part of the family by the time we left. He even took just about all of our group pics throughout the evening!! Voluntarily! How great was that!!?? The drinks were really good, and we tried several different ones from the beer & cocktail menu. I had the blackberry lemonade and I'd highly recommend it. The food was just as good. Everyone was very satisfied. I missed a few of the plates when taking good pics, but we had about 7 things from the menu. All great. I'll add, The pepperoni pizza is not to me Missed! They (Jack and two other employees, all SO kind!!) brought out cake out, added their own candies (mine were still on the table and they didn't know we brought them. They just added theirs! We had a very good dinner here the other night. It is a nice looking place on the inside, comfortable seating it was probably a little less than half full during our visit on a Wednesday night. We started with an excellent shrimp cocktail. My wife got the seared salmon and I enjoyed the pork wienerschnitzel, which you just don't see around here unless it's October. Both dishes were excellent. No draft beer but they have a huge selection of bottled and canned beers. The only thing that was mildly off was the service which was slow, our server was somewhat aloof, we having a long wait after we were done for the desert pitch and then another wait for the check and another to get the receipt. First visit, first homerun! This is an amazing place. The interior is large but broken up into areas that create different moods. Casual bar scene. Small tables clustered in front. A large seating are in the back for any size group. The lighting is soft and relaxing. The staff is spot-on. Just enough coverage without intruding on your personal space. They know the menu and made several perfect suggestions. We each wanted a twist to each item: medium rare instead of medium, extra dressing on the side, etc. and each request was there. No mistakes. We got a great visit from the manager. Just perfect. He is the real deal. Passionate about his operation and fun to talk to. The food: amazing! The most eclectic menu you can imagine. Our group was all over the world. Curry shrimp: perfect spice blend with a hint of pepper after. The shrimp were fresh and medium (right size) and plentiful. The French onion soup! A hint of a Paris bistro with Gruyère cheese dripping down the side of the bowl! Yum! And a classic 5star cheeseburger! A perfect classic thst tasted soooo good. And a pile of fresh cut fries that were piping hot! Nested next to this huge burger. We ended with a true-to-Brit stickey toffee pudding dessert. It was warm enough to melt the ice cream a bit, but not enough to break down the fresh whipped cream! It was totally delicious. Three of us shared this and we were stuffed. And the wine/beer list: the best that you can imagine. A world class Cab from Pasa Robles! And an Optimator fresh from Germany. What a range! The service team worked like a well oiled machine. Cleared on time. Got dishes out in the right order. And helped us get done to get to our Christmas concert on time. We are looking forward to the next visit! read more

Cool vibes in the restaurant. Drinks were okay. Espresso martini had great appearance but taste was just okay. Boston street Sazerac was good and unique. Wedge salad was great; a little dressing heavy but still good. The roasted feta was disappointing. Advertised as wood fired feta with artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, and caper berries. They were apparently out of all of those ingredients (as you can see by my picture) so the chef thought it was okay to substitute all for just green pimento olives. I would not consider this "Mediterranean Oven roasted feta" anymore. Shrimp curry was a light but tasty entree. It could have used a little more richness of a typical curry dish but still good. We'll definitely go back as I'm hoping to have a better experience the next time. read more

Some of the best food around! The Greyhound has a great eclectic menu, I've never had a bad meal there. Particularly wonderful: Pizzas, any of them! These are among the best I've had ANYWHERE in the U.S. The Matzah Ball soup is outstanding, never had better, even in NYC, same with their Reuben sandwich, fantastic. The fish and chips, better than I had in London, their version of fried green tomatoes is outstanding, as is the stuffed artichoke casserole, the Greyhound Pub burger and French fries, amazing...I guess you get my drift, the food as well as the extensive imported beer menu and the exquisite cocktails make for an extraordinary dinning experience. The desserts are the a delicious ending to a great evening. The atmosphere in the Greyhound is crisp, clean, casual, and much fun! All of this facilitated by impeccable service. The French onion soup was amazing, and the service was very good! The ambience was really nice as well!! We tried 4 different drinks (greyhound, French 75, strawberry basil, and Hemingway) and we tried multiple different plates (creamed spinach, chicken flatbread, pepperoni flatbread, schnitzel). The main problem was that after an adequate dinner, we waited over 30 minutes for one piece of cake. Then, we were charged a fee for sharing one slice of cake. It's a large, spacious room that's easy and comfortable. Our servers were knowledgeable and extremely accommodating.
