Do NOT stop here if you are passing through. I was stranded in the drive thru for nearing one HOUR…read more I am not exaggerating. The answer by the manager and drive thru employee was "sorry, we're swamped but he (I assume manager) says it's only been 25 minutes. That 25 minutes was AFTER I placed the order. It was a 20+ minute wait before that because you are held hostage in the drive thru because they have it all curbed off. You cannot escape. After my initial complaint (I'm usually not a complainer, hate confrontations) was minimized to "25 minutes" it was an additional 15 minutes, for a grand total of an hour wait. In addition this location is dirty. And as you can probably guess the order was incorrect in almost every way. I understand it's hard to retain employees right now, but it's on the manager to stop taking orders or inform customers of 45+ wait BEFORE they are trapped in line. This added an hour to a cross country trip.
