I saw one today was hoping it would fall off by the time I was ready to checkout. I think I have previously seen a fee of $8.99 today it was $4.49. I ordered the 3 pc bone in catfish with french fries as my side checked off for everything to be fried crispy which it was. The food was seasoned well and fried hard but not too hard. The fish was flaky as I kept an eye on it so that I wouldn't accidentally swallow any bones. I did call doordash about the delivery fee the representative named Nicole advised the restaurant isn't a dashpass member so eventhough I am I am charged the delivery fee. I then noticed as she pointed out how to see if it shows dashpass under the vendor's profile. This food was so good I can see myself ordering again despite them having that delivery fee. I did have to call doordash again as my Sweet Potato Pie was missing from my bag. The representative adjusted my doordash account per my request with a little extra something for this inconvenience which is a credit that I can use on a future order if all goes well.

I called in my order and was told I could choose my fountain drink when I arrived. Five minutes later when I got there, the same employee said the fountain machine was broken and then tried to require me to either pay for a fountain drink I would not receive or pay extra for a bottled drink. When I asked to simply remove the drink and pay for the chicken and fries that were already prepared, I was told they "don't sell that" and that I would not be served. After this dispute, the employee handed the food that had been prepared for my order to customers who were waiting in front of me and told me that my order was canceled. Shortly after, two customers came in and were allowed to order only chicken and wings with no issue, even though I had just been told that was not possible. I have video of this interaction. I then offered again to pay for the food that had been made for me. Instead of resolving the situation, the employee canceled my order and called the police even though no crime had occurred. Being refused service after attempting to pay the posted price, having your food given away in front of you, seeing other customers allowed to order what you were denied, and then having police called over a simple pricing dispute is beyond unacceptable. I recorded the interaction for my own protection because of how out of control it became. If you care about fair pricing, basic respect, or being treated like a human being, do yourself a favor and avoid this location entirely.
