Truly disappointing service. We were in need of a new bbq grill by July 4th and we were told they would place the order as soon as they received the approved quote (Steve). In return, the Association I am a Board member on agreed to pay an invoice immediately and get the check to them, in full, soonest possible. We delivered the check and I received a text informing me they were just placing the order (June 29th, 5 days before July 4th). When I told them what Steve told me, they apologized for his miscommunication and said they cannot do that... but they were happy to get full payment. The worst part about their policies, and banks will confirm, a Homeowner's Association has basic, guaranteed funds as the Florida statute requires owners to pay their assessments... we receive some of the best bank loans, if ever needed...     Scam alert - I was driving down the hwy - noticed/stopped at Jensen Beach Paradise Grill (PGD) and…read morefound a small floor model that I liked (with the attached advertised price). Michael Hall, Gallery Team Leader, Outdoor Kitchen Specialist ("Cashier: Raymond Baskett") encouraged me to "hold the holiday pricing" with a 50% deposit. Less than 24 hours later - when I realized I got caught in a bait and switch, I called and told him to release my deposit - he instantly refused, saying the "contract is final". With a smug tone in his voice, he pointed to their online advertising and "optional upgrades" small print. Attached is the advertisement sitting on the display in the showroom - DOES ANYONE see any indication that the advertisement image or display it was sitting on includes "optional upgrades"? [the answer is No]. It's called bait and switch - it's called false and deceptive (fraudulent) - it's called a rip-off. Buyer Beware. It's also interesting to note that when I asked Michael Hall what "Gallery Only" meant (i.e.. floor model?) on the "Memorial Day Sale" ad, he shrugged his shoulders and said it was something the marketing team uses; I'm guessing his response also indicates deception.

    I went to Paradise Home and Patio store on May 24, 2025, and bought a table and chairs set for just…read moreunder $2700. I worked with the owner, Sherry, who told me delivery would be in two weeks. She had the four chairs on the lot but the table would "have to come up from the warehouse". I specifically asked about the delivery date because I had family coming in on June 22. She reassured me "everything would be delivered before that". I CALLED on June 7 for a delivery date. I spoke with Sherry who told me "it would be there next week. Call me Monday for a date". I CALLED AGAIN on June 9 and again spoke with Sherry who said "the table and chairs would be delivered to them Wednesday or Thursday and delivery to me would be after that, the following week". Sherry said she would call me with a delivery date. I told her that would be going into the fourth week since I paid for the furniture, which I didn't have yet, and it didn't seem to faze her in the least. I CALLED AGAIN on June 17 asking when my furniture would be delivered? Again, I spoke with the owner, Sherry, who told me "the warehouse had put the wrong table on the truck". Sherry said I could have the chairs delivered or wait until the table came in and deliver everything at once. I told her that was not acceptable. She offered a loaner table until the correct one was brought from the warehouse. I had no choice but to agree to this if I wanted somewhere for my family to sit. When I asked Sherry when my table would be here she said "your table should be in soon". Have you noticed a pattern yet? THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION UNLESS I CALLED THEM. No updates on extended delivery times. No updates on the wrong table being shipped. Nothing but "Gosh, I'm sorry. These things happen". The four chairs and loaner table was supposed to be delivered on June 21 because I was having my patio rescreened and painted and they would be completed on the 20th. Guess who showed up in the middle of the paint and screening on Friday, the 20th? Yep, right in the middle of everything. I CALLED the store on July 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 trying to reach Sherry to inquire about my table. On those dates I spoke with a woman who said she was a "new employee so I'm not really sure what is going on but I will give Sherry the message". Wrong answer! Messages were left for Sherry to return my calls but she did not. I CALLED AGAIN on July 15 and the new employee said the table should be arriving to the store sometime the third week of July. She stated she would call me later in the week to set up a delivery date. She did not call. I CALLED AGAIN on July 18 to see if my table had made it to the store. A tentative delivery date to me was set for Wednesday, July 23, but the new employee had to clear it with Sherry. She said she would call me back. She did not. At this point, I was not surprised that I didn't get a call back with an update. The table I had ordered on May 24, 2025, that was promised would be delivered in two weeks, was FINALLY delivered not on Wednesday as tentatively discussed but on Tuesday, the 23, just as I was getting home from an appointment. The driver actually called after not getting an answer knocking on my door. To summarize: I was told when I paid the $2700 the table and chairs would be delivered in 2 weeks. It took almost 9 weeks. There was no communication unless I initiated it. I was getting the run around. They had my money so.....For the last 3 weeks the owner, Sherry, would not even return my calls. The new employee was almost as bad. I don't understand how they have been in business this long with customer service like this. Worst experience ever with this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

    Great Great Great Service!!!…read more I saw the Yelp reviews and was a bit concerned. I decided to call Aden at Palm Beach Grill Repair anyway and he promptly called back. We set an appointment time and he was there as scheduled. I have high end, somewhat expensive, built in grill. I called another grill company and they gave me an estimate approaching $2000 to clean and attempt to repair the grill. The reason I say attempt is because their techs (2 of them) came out an said "it could be this or it could be that"! They were unsure. Additionally the other company said if I didn't order ALL the parts they recommended and they determined I needed something else they would charge me another service call fee!! Aden came out, immediately figured out what the problem was. Aden told me most of parts on the grill the other company recommended be replaced were fine!!! Aden's charge to fix and clean my grill was a FRACTION of what the other company wanted to charge me! The grill looks and works GREAT! Ok, I know this is gonna be cheesy but here it goes anyway... DON'T GET RAKED OVER THE COALS!! Call ADEN at PALM BEACH GRILL REPAIR Aden- Thank you for your prompt service, honesty & integrity!!
