Caveat emptor…read more I waited a long time to update my review because I wanted to be honest without any anger or sour grapes behind the review. This is the worst place to do business with. They utilize subcontractors to do the installation that honestly sucks. If you ever decide to purchase from this place and have them install, do not, and I repeat, do not allow Daniel to do the installation. I went through 4 installers before I had minor satisfaction. Because of all the BS I had with sales, and it was a lot, they hired a man named Jason to handle my problem after numerous conversations and a few threats of exposure if they didn't fix the problem. Jason was pretty much on the ball and helpful, but the one big sticking point I have, he lied to me. I forbid Daniel to enter my home again to do work, and he sent him back out. Daniel called my flooring a piece of s***t (after spending 10k) which is why they were having difficulty installing it. He also walked around secretly taping my conversation with him when he checked on the job his people did. He broke furniture of mine, damaged the wall, left gaps by the walls and other areas, left an exposed nail on the floor, which my fiancé busted open her toe. His people also blocked a public area creating a safety hazard and many many more issues, including not cleaning up after themselves. I posted some photos of Daniels's work. I got fined by my association because of his carelessness. The entire project lasted about 4-5 months. I was promised it would be completed by Thanksgiving, then Xmas, and it was nothing but lip service. The sales process was one of mistake after mistake after mistake with bait and switch tactics used, promise never fulfilled and oop's this isn't part of the installation. Common sense says, if you buy a floor for the entire house and want them to install it, it's a complete installation. I had to pay extra for the stairs because it wasn't a floor? However, I originally bought enough material to cover the stairs. I also wanted the stairs one way, and I was sold something else. In the end, Jason did most of what he said he would do, he's also working under Corp constraints, and I was told I would get a certain amount of cash for the damages and fines, etc., but I was cut short by a few hundred. He did bend over backwards trying to make things right. If you decide to purchase here, make sure you get the installation guarantee or you'll be SOL Dealing with LL was a nightmare, no ethics or customer service, and people hide when you try to call them, and I would rather pay double elsewhere vs. dealing with this group again

He took all of the design elements I wanted and was able to incorporate them into both spaces. He was also able to put together a great team of affiliate contractors that he deals with on a daily basis to handle my project from start to finish. He also designed a gorgeous TV Wall for me. He apologized for the way were treated, and he immediately sent out their carpenter to modify our drawers. We have uploaded more pictures showing the modified drawers and finished work. The owner was very supportive and assured us that he places a high priority on customer service and that he will work with the staff to improve things based on our experience. We would give the owner 5+ stars, but unfortunately, the experience before he got involved was not good. Then we looked at HomeDepot and almost purchased, but found out about BestBuy's price-matching and 10% back when you open a card, so we did. We had a couple hiccups due to shipping and the manufacturer, but nothing Pacific could have prevented, but they did make sure we were completely satisfied. Dale is a rockstar and as long as BestBuy's policies don't change and Dale is still there, we will keep buying our appliances from Pacific/BestBuy for life. Obviously not everyone will have a good experience, but we certainly have.

The salesman Fredy did not disclose the status of their warehouse and we told him we would be paying off the 3 appliances ($4700.00) on Thursday and would be requesting delivery on Saturday (same week). We were told, after we put down 20% to come back and they could meet our requirements. We could not schedule delivery until we paid off the appliances. Fast forward to Thursday, we went in and found they sold us a Frig that was -20 in inventory, they did not have our microwave or our dishwasher either. They said they would have all 3 of our appliances for the following Saturday delivery. We scheduled the delivery, and low and behold on Thursday before our delivery we are being told that they cannot delivery till 10/15/15. Do not buy from these people, go to a reputable company to buy your appliances, these people are liars and will do anything to sell you anything they can, without the repercussions.

Another plus was the fact I didn't have to go there. I did everything over the phone.
