The lady who took my order (maybe the boss) she was very friendly and welcoming. I went with a brisket platter and added a few ribs. I was excited to see hush puppies on menu been years sincei have seen these down south. The brisket was great and wasn't a cheap thin slice of fat as some others may serve, ribs were good. The cowboy beans were awesome. I raved about these the second I got home and told my wife. Looking forward to a trip there with my family. Thank you

For my sides, I got hushpuppies and mac and cheese. The sides were both ok (I think they would've been better if I ate them in the restaurant vs getting them delivered to me). I think the mac and cheese prob could've used more flavor, but I liked the cinnamon butter on the hushpuppies. The 1/2 rack of ribs was sooo tender. They said it was to feed 1, but it was easily enough for me and my mom (with leftovers!). The meat was falling off the bone and was super juicy. Not dry at all. It paired really well with their homemade sweet Honey BBQ sauce. I tried the Chuck sauce as well, not my fave to pair with meat, but it wasn't bad. I like how they have a lot of sauces to choose from, and I would love to try all of them one day! The pork belly burnt ends were good as well, rich and sweet with the perfect amount of smokiness. Basically melted in my mouth! Sarcastic Swine is a solid BBQ spot with delicious meats and sauces. I will have to give their sides another try but I enjoyed my meal overall!

The platter contained two beef ribs that had no meat on top and a little meat around the sides.. There were two St. Louis ribs that should've had more meat on them.. There were three small baby back ribs that had the most meat of any of them. The platter also came with beans which were half contained in a water sauce. The ribs and the beans were doused with a very spicy sauce. It also came with coleslaw, which was dry and cornbread, which was mediocre. My husband had the chicken and brisket platter. It had the same spicy sauce. They came with the smallest sweet potato. I've seen in a long time and also the dry coleslaw and mediocre cornbread. To eat your food there was the cheapest plastic knife, and fork. The fork could only contain about three beans at a time. The knife was so bad that my husband took out his pocket knife to cut his food. If you wanted something to drink, you had to purchase it and that included bottled water. There were other beverages that I didn't recognize and there was no Coke or Pepsi. They were known napkins only rough, brownish paper on a roll that you pulled off pieces. At least there was a bathroom to wash your hands. We will never return

My husband and I came in on a Sunday when brunch was still being served. I ordered an espresso martini and he got a bloody mary. We both felt like there was alcohol missing from our drinks. Then we ordered lunch: turkey club for me and smash burger for him. My turkey club was missing the avocado the menu stated it came with. On the flip-side, it was overloaded with mayo! And I like mayo, sometimes I even like a lot of mayo, but this was TOO MUCH even for me. But I did enjoy the fries that came with the sandwich and ate them all! My husband's smash burger did not look "smashed" at all but he said it was good and he liked it. We shared a chocolate chip cookie skillet for dessert that had a suspicious amount of whip cream on top, like it was hiding something but it tasted fine. I don't think we are impressed enough to want to come back but I would still recommend checking it out and deciding for yourself ;)

We went there pretty early for dinner and from the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly, seated immediately, and Debbie, Our server was amazing. My salmon was delicious. My asparagus was cooked just right and I had coleslaw as other side. I can't wait to go back to this restaurant. I told Debbie I was going to request her when we return.
