Most importantly they're always SUPER knowledgeable and helpful every time I come in. They never sell more more than I need but they do guide me to exactly what I DO need. I have been buying product for a couple of years. I bought some PH up and Down in which I already had some. I went in to exchange with receipt and was told by the manager No exchange of nutrients. When I offer to pay a restocking fee. He said I don't know where you kept this it might be ruined for the next customer. So I have to trust you that it has been at room temp in your store, but you don't trust me the customer. So I hope your no return policy was worth loosing a customer for life!!!!! 26 bucks. Went here for the first time yesterday to have a look around and to pick up a couple things I needed. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly lady that offered any help or assistance I may need. I am a seasoned grow consultant and professional grower and I must say that Bryden really knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable with indoor growing and especially in the chemistry aspect. This has to be one of the most unreasonable grow shop in town. They are unprofessional & unreliable. They let product run completely out before ordering new ones, when you ask them for a product they say they ordered it, but every time you call they say they don't have it and it's still on order or back order or they haven't even put in the order! This is a really phenomenal grow shop. I stopped in a few weeks ago to grab some soil and I was really impressed. Huge selection and variety no matter what you're looking for. Matthew helped me out, he's awesome. I probably had a hundred different questions and he had all the answers and was super knowledgeable. . i came out from colorado, where the owner has a few grow shops out there, and .WoW,, this shop was in a good location , they had about 500 green rooster label grow lightings 8 light ,T5s all high quality,from digital ballast /cmh.315s and 630s, the cmh 315 i bought is killing the hps 600 in side by side test in the veg state they got the 630 on deck if you plan on using them for bloom stage. and let us know how that works, for me? in bloom i use .1000w tgs D?E's. sealed room running Co2 burner with a 22k mini split temps 71 lights off lights on 82. to bad they wont let us show pics of our hard work. but you can find me at FB go by filly mckilla.. take a look at my grow journals. have plenty of helpful hack and techniques that will help any first timer cannibis grower , read more
