At the 7 hour mark we were not done yet, she put my hair up and sent me home with a plastic hair net and a TON of dye in it. I got home washed it and it is horrible. The bleaching wasn't done well and was splotchy. The color is not even and its just BAD. She got dye all over and in my ears, my neck, my face EVERYWHERE. After I washed all of the blue dye out it left it super bright green. I have to go to another salon now to see if they can help me.

After the initial color application produced little change, additional toner was applied for approximately 40 minutes. The result was bright pink hair, followed by a second correction attempt that left my roots bright orange. As a teacher with a strict professional dress code, these results were not wearable for work. When I contacted the salon the next day seeking a correction, I was told I would need to pay an additional $40 for product to fix the color. I did not feel I should be charged to correct a result that was not what I requested. After requesting to speak with the owner, I was informed the salon had decided to "part ways" with me and offered a $40 refund on my $250 service. The disappointing color result was frustrating, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward was even more disappointing. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
