The next course was a lentil soup , served in a bowl with no utensils, and we were told to drink out of the bowl. This was also very flavorful! It was filling so I only took a couple sips of mine to leave room for the food to come! The next course they brought out was a tower of Hummus Baba Ghannouj Moroccan style olives, cucumbers & carrots, along with crispy pita Next was the Beef Kabob served on a skewer stabbed in a pineapple with dry ice for a spectacular presentation. The meat was so tender you could cut it with the fork! It was so much food it could have fed our family of 4, but it was just me and my husband! The last savory food item was the Moroccan Couscous & Chicken Platter- this chicken was so tender it fell off the bone when I picked it up with my fork- it was deliciously flavorful with middle eastern spices!!
