It's definitely a decent size Italian deli in the heart of Saratoga. While you can't get everything that you'd get downstate in a pork store you can definitely get your fix of fresh mozz here. They also have a few tables you can eat your food at too which is a nice touch. Side note: I wish more Italian delis would do this around here (I love you guys at Dom's in NHP but sitting at Dom's I think would be awesome!) We opted to split a hero which was massive might I add of salami, fresh mozz, roasted peppers with EVOO & balsamic. Service was a wee bit slow but expected because we were in Saratoga and we had no where to be. Would I recommend Fat Paulie? You bet!

This means they are what I imagine is an accurate reflection of what Wells, an adorably quaint village that is somewhat stuck in the 1950s (I mean that in a good way*), needs. This clearly includes, in addition the the videos, bait, and propane promised on the sign: Bug spray, sunblock, s'mores fixins, beer pong supplies (cups and balls), hot dogs, milk, orange juice, eggs, ExtenZe, condoms, chips, beef jerky, sandwiches, camo gear, water guns, and much, much more. ____________ *A bingo card at the annual fair costs 25 cents.
