So nice we had to visit TWICE…read more The coconut crusted mahi mahi was a highlight. It was soft and fully coated with obviously real coconut - not sugared or overly sweet. It was a huge fillet, which makes up for having some smaller sides. I'll let you in on a little secret, I only eat fish when it's locally caught and fresh and this was worth it 100%. The house salad with Pima colada dressing has me imagining how to make this dressing at home. Sweet and creamy and easily coating every leaf. The bread at the start of the meal for a disproportionate amount of attention from my family. It was served hot, with garlic and maybe other seasonings across the top, and generous sides of butter. Our initial server, Kyle, kept the bread flowing for us until the meal came and it was fantastic. We gave the potato skins a try, and they were delicious! My family ironically isn't huge conch / shelled fish eaters so the rest of the appetizers didn't suit us much and this was a lil Midwest taste while on vacation. We returned to try the jalapeño crusted grouper and were again very satisfied. Totally different than the coconut mahi, it's savory and well flavored but leaves you far from begging for water. The fish is thick and flaky and the sauce was similar to a bang bang sauce to pair it all together. The favorite sides were loaded baked potato and garlic smashed potatoes! I'd say it's a must visit during your trip to Madeira !

Over all a popular place that we have been too many times and has been good throughout the years…read more Cool area outside to wait comfortably. Started with some drinks from the bar, most of the drinks were good, however one Margarita did not taste in the least bit like a Margarita. Service was pretty good and friendly Started with several appetizers of Muscles Marinara and Potato Skins. The Skins were good. Muscles Marinara arrived with a ton of Muscles, however the Diablo sauce was way down towards the lower 1/4 of the bowl, once tasted it was very good, had some tasty mushrooms plus spinach - Just needed a descent amou of Sauce. Most entrees were good. The Linguini with Clams was very tasty, Jalepano Grouper was good, 2 orders Special of Soft Shell Crabs, seemed to be loaded with too much breading batter to enjoy thrm. Overall a fun and nice place.

Ok, so I was hungry for a chicken sandwich. Drive by this place a lot and never stop. The place…read morelooks a little rough on the outside. Went through the Drive-Thru and ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich with fries with mango iced tea. OMG. Best sandwich fries combo I have had in a while. Flavor was great and chicken was nice and warm and perfectly cooked crispy. Fries were seasoned perfectly. Those pickles...mmm. I do not ever post reviews, but shout out to Popeyes. They have a new customer.

They say if you get me once, shame on you. If you get me twice, shame on me. So what do they say…read morewhen you have been gotten three times? This place is consistently the absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I know, I know, but who does not love good Popeyes fried chicken when it is close to the house? Unfortunately, the only thing the Park location is consistent with is poor food quality and poor service. Even the ambiance of pulling into the parking lot is a disaster. I crack my back just driving through that lot like I am in a Jeep going through an obstacle course. There are either a ton of potholes or they are filled in so poorly that the whole lot is uneven. As I said, this place is consistently bad with both food and service. The service comes with an attitude that is grimy for no reason. They are also always out of something, whether it is sauce, food, napkins, or utensils. It feels like the management here is severely lacking. I asked for hot sauce on the side and the manager said, I will give you one because we usually charge for it. I had not gotten any sauce at all for my wings. On my first two visits they forgot things as well. First time they forgot part of my food. Second time they forgot all my napkins and utensils. It is really not that complicated. Food wise, the tenders were overdone and dry, and one of them was tiny. The chicken sandwich was small and dry too. The fries were room temperature and stuck together in clumps. Just look at my photos. Not even cooked right, and the oil tasted old. I need to stop abusing myself by coming to this location. I have been to plenty of Popeyes spots up and down the east coast between FL and NY, and this is by far the worst. They need a serious overhaul in service, cooking, and training. And while they are at it, fix the damn parking lot.
