For that, there's a kiosk that you STAND at and FaceTime someone somewhere else. This is a challenge to start given I'm there to rehab a hip surgery, so I'm there balancing on crutches with my phone while this lady on a computer screen rushes me to confirm appointments on my phone. Then, she doesn't even give me 5 seconds to get the appointment in the phone. The appointment times are very limited, so when I suggest we schedule a bit further out to ensure I can get them all in, she says " I can't schedule without your providers approval." No attempt to help, no working with me. After I push, asking several questions and having to "prove" why it would be helpful for all involved (in front of a line of people), she finally says (somewhat rudely) that the provider is the therapist who is standing right behind me. Ok, well, again I'm on crutches, I don't know your specific language and separation of duties talk and you could have just asked the person for me if you knew and saw. Last she said to wait for a printout of my schedule, but after standing there for 10 more minutes without anyone even acknowledging us, we left. Terrible customer service and way out of touch with who you are serving. To bad because the actual therapist was great.

I am so grateful that we found this nursing home for my mom. The difference between where she came…read morefrom and where she is now is truly night and day. Her previous facility was a very difficult experience for her. She wasn't being treated the way she deserved, and there were times when she wasn't even being fed properly. As her family, that was heartbreaking and extremely difficult to watch. This facility is completely different. It feels more like a hospital in the way it is organized and cared for. The facility is clean and well maintained, my mom is being given great food, and the staff are professional, caring, and attentive. Most importantly, my mom seems happier and much better cared for. I've also noticed that the residents themselves seem happy and comfortable, which says a lot to me. As a daughter, having peace of mind knowing my mom is safe, cared for, fed well, and treated with dignity means everything. I am so thankful we made the move and found a place where my mom can feel comfortable and cared for. I can now relax.

This place tried to send him home before he was ready & they made several threats. I was my Dad's power of attorney, both monetary & medical, & they accused me of using him for financial gain. I could not hug her enough as we were leaving. This is the only program that my daughter has completed. This is the first time we've had real hope in many years. The program is tough and asks a lot of the participants, as it should. My daughter left the program twice, but finally went back and muscled through the hard work. I thought I would never see my beautiful daughter healthy, and sober again. I know that she did the work, but thank you to everyone at Stonegate. Prayers answered.

When I saw Premier Rehab (Davis Blvd, NRH) I knew immediately where I would be going. 10 years prior I had a broken wrist and this is where I went for PT; knowing the exceptional work they do I returned for PT on my ankle. Katelyn Ross was my primary therapist and throughout the entire process of healing my ankle, I felt very confident I was getting the absolute best care and treatment. Katelyn is kind, friendly, superb at multitasking and always had a smile on her face but most importantly she takes the time to understand your current situation and what your long term goals are and works vigorously to get you there. Although some of the PT was strenuous Katelyn coached me through the pain and in the end I am able to walk with confidence, return to my normal routines and enjoy my favorite activities, knowing my ankle and all the "parts" around it has healed and is functioning properly. The entire staff at NRH Premier Rehab PT are so friendly, welcoming and you know everyone there enjoys what they do and takes their responsibilities seriously. Aides used patients stuff like microwave( when they have a break room with 3 in there. They are…read morelazy and don't want to walk to break room), staff let patients go into other patients room to use their microwave, they use patients phone chargers to use for their ear buds or phones to be charge!! I have pictures of this being done!! They don't empty foley bags when needed!!! They let them get to the very top even when patients use their call button for help! They will come in and see what patient wants and say I'll be back and never come back! They don't change foley tubes like they are supposed to!It's totally ridiculous! Aides will sit in hallway on the phones or iPads watching movies instead of doing their jobs!!! Once again I have pictures and videos of all this!!! PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE

On Tuesday, January 20, I visited my mother and asked a CNA named Tiffany to help me get mom back…read moreinto bed after she had been sitting for hours on a stage 3 wound. The CNA said she needed to finish dinner orders first. When I explained the urgency of relieving pressure from the wound, the CNA became hostile and started a loud confrontation with me. The facility director overheard and instructed the CNA to report to his office. I filed a complaint with corporate and the same day. The next day, I spoke with the Regional Vice President, who assured me the issue was handled and that this CNA would no longer be assigned to my mother. However, later that same day, I went to see mom and I saw the same CNA on my mother's hall, socializing with other CNAs. When Tiffany saw me, she rolled her eyes at me again, showing there were no real consequences. Out of concern for retaliation and my mother's safety, I immediately removed mom from the facility. On another visit, a CNA told me my mom had no wound dressing on all day because it had come off during changing her. I asked why didn't you notify the nurse? The CNA said the wound care nurse will be here later today. I went to nurse station and alerted the nurse myself and requested a wound dressing be put on immediately. I also requested a culture be done on mom's wound, which later confirmed bacterial growth. If you value professionalism, compassion and proper medical care, I strongly recommend avoiding this facility.
