If they couldn't figure it out, they could have and should have called the insurance and sorted it out before I got there for my appointment insteas of tryinf to figure it out while.i was there. What is the point of making me provide the insurance prior to the appointment if you arent going to figure it out until I am sitting in the waiting room. My husband and I are going through IVF and I went to Dr. Lee for support for fertility while we start our first transfer. She walks you through what she is doing and explains each of her findings. When she found a tough spot, she let me feel it too so I could better understand what she was talking about. She explained which system corresponded to each area we worked on. The AcuSuccess office is so relaxing. The lighting isn't too bright and there was quiet instrumental music playing. Dr. Lee and her assistant were both so so nice and welcoming. I also really liked how clean everything was. All the needles are packaged, she swabbed each spot and opened a new needle package for each stick. Finally, I am actually pretty squeamish about needles and I barely felt the pokes. Overall, 10/10! This was a wonderful first experience of acupuncture.
