The hoagies and tomato pie were a huge hit at a recent party. A kind, helpful staff and delicious bread! Highly recommend!

The only complaint I have with this place is that they do not insist on you buying more. Best baked products in Lansdale!

Delicious... freshly baked baguettes and loose rolls. Makes any sandwich taste good and even eating but itself is delicious.

We each got a cheesesteak, they also come in a 2 foot size, but the regular sized ones are Packed and Overflowing with meat, cheese and whatever toppings your little heart desires. Our friend got a cheesesteak with fried onions and sweet peppers, my husband got a cheesesteak with cheese wiz and I got a cheesesteak hoagie with fried onions and banana peppers on the side. We also tried their Wings, well done and dry with ranch dressing and Buffalo sauce on the side. They were very good and decently priced! 10 wings for about $12. We got an order of cheese fries and regular fries and their Portions do Not disappoint! We were Stuffed to the gills by the end of our meal. The order taker was organized and polite but firm and runs a tight ship and we also saw that many on people order on the Delivery Apps. This place is clean and neat and the Tables are Plentiful! We can't wait to return and try something else that they cook up! See you soon Pudge's! Our Experience was heavenly! Thank you for this great service and meal! Now I just need a Nap. lol. The only thing I didn't do during our experience,.... Was Take photos. My husband says I might be Slipping! I'm guessing we will be back sooner than later.

I absolutely love their Classic Italian sub. But as the franchise expanded, I've noticed a lot of variation in the service and the food quality. At the North Wales location, it's hit-or-miss. They have high staff turnover. Some of the staff are friendly and efficient; others can be lackadaisical and don't pay much attention to my order. I always specify "no raw onions," but about 20% of the time, the subs have onions. Toppings that I request "on the side" often end up on the sub. Recently, the turkey subs have had finely shredded meat, instead of the pulled turkey pieces that have always been a Capriotti's signature. Having said that, I've found the the store managers to be very responsive to my comments in the customer surveys. So I've gotten a few subs on their dime! Now for the online ordering. The system used to provide a place where you could make special requests, such as "pickles on the side," or "VERY EASY on the hot pepper relish!" But that feature is now gone, so I've had to place my orders on the phone or at the shop. As a result, I don't get credit on the Rewards program. I asked about this at the shop once, and was told it only works online. Oh well!

Now, I've been to several Guy Fieri restaurants in my life (actual restaurants) in Vegas and the like, and they were all top-notch. This, however, was not quite the case. Granted, I was certainly not expecting 5-star Vegas caliber dining here, but we were painfully curious to try this along with a few other "delivery only" places popping up. We ordered a Cuban sandwich - pricey and just okay. Slightly inconsistent distribution of meats across the entirety of the sandwich. Basically, one half was great, the other half was so-so... basic math gives that a solid "C" - so again, just okay. We also went for the cheesesteak egg rolls. Again - just okay. Really scant amount of meat, and the "SMC" (super melty cheese) tasted a lot more like a cheap processed American than the claimed provolone. So again, just okay. They even completely omitted the sriracha ketchup, but I was able to concoct my own. The queso dip was actually quite nice. Very flavorful and nicely seasoned with lots of corn, poblanos, and bacon to go around. The chips that came with the queso were grossly under-fried - they might have been good if they were crisp enough, but as they came, they were completely inedible - right in the trash. Finally, and I saved the best for last, the fries. I will admit that the fries were actually something special. Super crispy and loaded with flavor. If you're looking for fries, this is the place! Otherwise, you may look elsewhere. I don't plan on risking the burgers, sadly. I'm really not sure that Guy has even been served the same food we ate the other night, or he'd not allow his name to be associated in this manner. All that said, the fries and the queso get this bumped up to 3 stars - otherwise, it'd be more like a 1.5-2

Had it delivered on time. Opened the container and looked at the burgers ,our immediate thought was "Are you kidding me?" Disappointing doesn't even come close. A sorry excuse of shredded lettuce, onion, and cheese on top of a tasteless burger. Also where was my tomato and special sauce that was supposed to come with it? Nothing worse than expecting a great food experience and getting let down big time. $57 for 3 burgers and 1 French fry -including delivery and tip for driver.
