So I've been buying my weed here consistently for over 3 years, have spent upwards of $400 a week if not more. I recently purchased a smoking item from them, and I'm aware sales are final, but the item was broken. I never even got to use it. I also treated myself to a disposable vape. I was given 3 to choose from. $$50.00, $55.00 or $58.00. Liz saw I was having trouble picking. I picked the cheapest one, which was only 1/2 gm. Liz said I have 48 hours to exchange if not right. I took it back and was told that no refund. I said, let me pay you the few dollars more for a full gram. Nope!! I never thought I would have to get on Yelp and write a review out of sheer frustration. ESPECIALLY for my dispensary. I have been shopping here for a while now and have spent a lot. Today I was met with a customer service rep who brushed me off as if I were bullshitting her. It was not a comfortable feeling as I go there only and feel safe spending here. I have never worked with this person before but it was the girl with the bleach blond hair. I walked in to have a cartridge replaced as a piece fell off an it would no longer work. When I walked in I was greeted as Normal and explained to the woman my issue - she then passed me to the girl with really blond hair it it went from there. The girl was telling me my battery is dirty and that is why their cartridge broke.. ? Mind you I have purchased probably hundred's of cart's never have I seen this. I am a heavy pot head never heard of that so I went home to clean it with rubbing alcohol (as recommended by the girl) Put everything back together and still - no smoke or anything. I called the store like 4 times before someone answered. (it was the same girl who helped me 15 mins previous when I was in the store). She tells me on the phone "If you are within the 7-day policy! Bring it back and we can exchange it" So I tell her I was just there and you told me to clean it - still not working, what now? She was like "bring all packaging and cart back to store and we can see what we can do". I asked her multiple times if the manager was working because I no longer wanted to work with her. She kept avoiding the question and finally told me she was the lead.. the LEAD of what!!?!? You did nothing for me. At this point I am so over it lmao - the customer service quality with this one is lacking. I just truly felt like they did not care my cartridge broke and it was easier to tell me to go and clean it on my own. I sadly will NEVER be returning to this once fine establishment. Nice local dispensary in Tacoma/UP with very friendly service and knowledgeable staff. They don't have the best selection, especially of accessories, and what they do have is hard to see as it's all behind a counter and mostly out of sight, but the budtenders give several selections at various price points for any request and have a good knowledge of lesser known cannabinoids and terpenes. The prices are pretty good for Tacoma, and they have some brands that you can't get elsewhere which is always a plus. No guarantees. No quality control. We bought edible product that was supposed to dispense by measured eye dropper. Eye dropper was clogged. Product was oily in places, crystals in others. Eye dropper broke (glass) trying to unclog. Was NOT what we expected, which was simple, a safe product to take with the eye dropper provided. No returns. No recourse. Not good customer service. Staff was nice. Seemed knowledgeable. Yet getting a quality mixture that had sat for god knows how little no, separated and congealed to clogging crystals, with maybe glass shards in it was not in their realm of concern. Do not spend your money here, they don't have any new strains much and when they do, the normal prices of the actual good strains goes up, it's a hustle!! There's never any discounts and they cater there prices to the area they are in because if you look at the same strains they are selling compared to Zips, Uncle Ike's etc you will find it 7 dollars cheaper even sometimes 10 dollars cheaper. This store is way over priced especially when there is a recreational marijuana store on every corner. I never had a big problem with this place, it's been convenient since I work down the street. I'm a VIP member and am a frequent visitor. The girl who helped me last night, however, (brunette) was not knowledgeable about anything and never gave me info about the strain or even the price. I would have to ask her questions about everything and her answers were short, probably because she didn't know what the hell she was talking about. Her coworkers would have to chime in for her to answer my questions, and when I asked for a specific strain she handed me something completely different lol. Then she persuaded me to get a a couple of joints, one of which I asked her opinion of and she said she had never had it. And when she billed me out, turns out that joint was $17, which I'm okay with it for the right joint, but it would've been nice to know what made it so special and she had no idea. My wife has been coming to this dispensary for months under the impression that her VIP membership exempted her from debit card charges which turns out she was paying every time they just didn't tell her! When we asked them about the separate 3% per use charge, they just shrugged their shoulders and said that's how it is. They claimed it was on the receipt, but this turned out to be lie as it is a separate charge on your bank account. He's been going to the dispensary for a while because of the location. There are not many in my neighborhood and this one is the most convenient for me to go to. Prices are a bit high and inventory is sketchy and inconsistent. Have had a lot of trouble with the AC/DC RSO the syringe has broken on me several times even trying to follow instructions to help push the oil. I sliced my finger open and it wasted the whole gram. Not much variety in lotions wish the had cannabasics xxx body butter my favorite. The parking lot sucks do you employees park past the garage and the only handicap stall that they have is right near the garage door. I walked in one day and one of the employees was leaving so I ask her if I should move my car. I told her I was parked in the handicap stall and she said yes you need to move especially if you're not disabled. Just because I look like I am not. My placard was displayed where it is supposed to be. She's the one with dreads and gauges I think fairly large.so rude. I spend a lot of money there an I was treated like shit.
