First off, the food is great. The burgers are the best I've had around here. Second, the vibe is nice alternative to Peddlers (which I love). The windows looking out to street is nice. Thirdly, service is great. Very friendly.

First time trying this place. We made a reservation for 8pm because that's all we saw was available at 5pm. When we got there is took a few minutes for someone to come over and we ultimately decided to give up our table and sit at the bar. I was surprised it wasn't as busy as I thought for 8pm on a Friday. Bar tender was very friendly and great service. The one challenge was they couldn't get the Chiefs game because it was on the YouTube App. I observed 4 people had asked the bartender to change to the game. Food was lived up to what I expected. Very good. Lots of fries given. I would have mixed more bbq sauce into the pulled pork sandwich but that is my personal preference. I would come back and sit on the outdoor section during a fun summer afternoon.

Great dinner for my wife's birthday. Food was on point and the service was great. We sat at the bar and loved the atmosphere.

Wow! Maybe I shouldn't tell you how amazing this place is or we will never get a table! The apps were delicious! We had the small bacon platter with some smashing bacon jam - yum! And the pretzel bites and beer cheese were very tasty too! Got the 3 tacos, jalapeño burger and crab Rangoon for entrees. Delicious but to be fair, very skimpy on the fries. The down east cider on tap was phenomenal and the jalapeño margarita was an incredible idea! Polished it off with bacon maple donuts! We will be back!

The pork sandwich that I received was delicious. The sauce was sweet and tangy. It was called the porker and came with sweet potato fries. Also, we got the burnt ends, but they were all fat and should be advertised as crispy pork belly instead. The jalapeno cocktail was delicious too .Our server Mary knew the menu well and did a fantastic job!

Wolf burger, blueberry sauce was so good

Really enjoyed my burger with the blueberry sauce, Burnt ends were good, but I personally like them smaller so there's more crispy edges. Service was fast and friendly. The place seemed to be full of locals, always a good sign to me. I would definitely eat here again to try a different burger!

The Hidden Pig he says, party of 10 on Saturday to celebrate my favorite son's bday! Of course the company was great, have you met us?! ‍ I made a rezzie, table was ready upon arrival. Service - friendly, efficient, responsive, truly spot on! I was surprised by the lack of wait time throughout our entire time spent in the belly of the Pig. Atmosphere - laid back, comfy, inviting, neighborhood vibe with tunes and conversation. Food - boneless wings, just yes! burnt ends, sunnagaud, delectable! bacon board, yum variety of taste and texture! Chubby chicken, burgers, dogs, Reuben, pig gold tendies, tots; everyone was stuffed and all enjoyed (even the picky one(s))! A couple of us tried the blueberry donut, fresh and tasty! A good time had by we, the beer, bacon & burgers believers.

The menu doesn't look particularly amazing, standard-ish pub fare (steak tips, fish&chips, mac&cheese) but they do them EXTREMELY well. The tips were tender and flavorful, the sneaky star of the entree was the salad with feta though. I'm pretty sure the feta was marinated in whatever outstanding salad dressing they use. Some bullshit frozen garbage either drowned in cheap truffle oil, or "dusted" with truffle salt. Well, they don't do that crap here, however they do garlic fries. Hand cut, with whole cloves of roasted garlic all over. Not one or two cloves, like several heads worth of glorious, slow-roasted garlic. I managed to scrounge a couple spoonfuls of the kids mac&cheese from my son, almost lost a finger in the attempt and I found out why. They put just as much effort into the kids food as the adults. If you need a break from your witchy business in Salem, definitely stop in here.

This quaint gastropub doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside, this seems like a place where locals are regulars and tourists are happy to get a table at this "no reservations" joint. It's dark inside (no photos) and a little cramped. The bartenders are serving double duty mixing and pouring drinks while also playing DJ and spinning vinyl records. And it felt like everyone inside was exactly where they wanted to be at the moment...enjoying each other's company and sharing drinks and food. The menu is about the size you would expect from a small kitchen - a fair number of appetizer dishes meant for sharing, and a handful of entrees, ranging from casual to a bit more refined. The grilled cheese and tomato soup ($19) was made with a hearty artisan bread that hit the spot on a chilly evening. Similarly, the coq au vin ($26) was classic comfort food, with perfectly cooked smashed fingerling potatoes surrounded by a rich, decadent reduction sauce smothering meaty mushrooms and soft pearl onions. Note, the coq au vin did take a long time to prepare, so not the dish to order if you're in a hurry. A couple of not-too-sweet lemon ricotta donuts (with chocolate sauce) was a great way to end the meal.

Well, I'm happy that they were because dinner here was SOOOO good! The bartender helped us choose a bottle of champagne to start. We shared everything. One of each of the deviled eggs each. The maple cranberry was interesting. The sour cream chive one was to die for! The ricotta gnocchi was elegant and fluffy. The sauce made it over the top. The ribs were good, but I'm a Midwest girl. They just don't compare to back home. The clam linguine was seasoned perfectly. It was quite filling. We ended with the Apple Olive Oil cake with maple ice cream. The cake itself was quite dense and dry. The ice cream helped. I would not order this dessert again. Service was quite SLOWWWW, and for no reason as they weren't very busy while we were there. There were long gaps between courses and then once we were finished we kind of just sat there for a while. The food was worth it but something is not running efficiently and could be improved. Still giving 5 starts because it was so good and everyone was welcoming.
