I was so excited to come here after having gone during St. Patrick's day, but our food never came. We showed up around noon and it was pretty busy, so we sat at the bar. The bartender (who was really nice) took our orders. We ordered the donut board to start, I ordered the total wreck, and my boyfriend ordered the chicken and waffles. It took about 25 minutes for the donuts to come out, and they told us our food would follow shortly. The donuts were really good so we were excited to try the rest. However, by 1:30, the bartender asked us if we had gotten our food and we said no. She went and talked to the kitchen and manager and told us it hadn't been made. She comped the donuts and a drink my boyfriend had gotten, which was very nice of her. She asked if we wanted to wait for the food but we declined, as it had been so long. I'm going to say that the star I'm giving is for the donuts and drink, plus the bartender as she was very nice. So disappointed however, and will not be coming back. read more

Food was great! Love the atmosphere but tables very small. Definitely not feasible for a party larger than 3-4. Bartenders had a lot of attitude when I sat up there, not very responsive either even though you're sitting right in front of them. Hoping that improves with time as they just opened. read more

I went in here with my girlfriend for her birthday, and was incredibly disappointed. We were sat down and waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by staff. We got our appetizer about 20 minutes after ordering, and we waited about an hour and a half for our food, with no updates on the wait time. I got a burger, and was unimpressed. It was bland, and cold. The tables are tiny, the service left a lot to be desired, the music sucked, and was way too loud. The staff couldn't seem to stop breaking glasses, or spilling drinks. Came in on a very slow Sunday and the staff was rude and inattentive. Brought out our food and did not check on us again. 34 mins later we were done eating and didn't get asked for another drink. They also messed up our order. We saw the staff all sitting behind the graffiti wall talking. We tried unsuccessfully to get their attention. I wanted to like this restaurant, I really did! We waited for 45 minutes to get our food (a BLT and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich). Our waitress was going around apologizing to all of her tables but never did come by ours. Once the food finally came out, it was cold and mushy.... We ordered a 2nd drink and one of them was wrong. My husband and I went here last night for the first time. We made reservations cause it was a Friday but even if we hadn't the wait wouldn't have been too long. The food was delicious. Not sure if you can leave any stars if you don't get food or a drink, or even see anyone taking orders. Couldn't wait to try this place as we hit bbq places all over New England. Got in and server was quick to ask our preference for seating. We saw a few open tables by the bar (Thursday night), place was full but not packed. We decided to sit at a bar side table to catch the bruins. Saw a kitchen runner bringing food out to a table, so they do actually servie food. Waited 15min and didn't see any bartender or waitstaff around the bar, maybe one going to tables. Few new walk ins came in and seated at the bar, then we realized the bartender and one waitress were talking at the register.....still no menus, request for drink order or see anyone at the bar getting served. They didn't help anyone. It's only 8pm on a Thursday... After a full period of the bruins game 20min+ we saw another food runner, same guy come out delivering food to dining room. But only had one tables good. Still bartender and waitress taking and looking at phones, few people at the bar tried getting their attention, no dice. Place had promise, but don't think they will fare different than all the other places that tried opening in that spot. Decided to leave after 25min. Ownership needs to get a grip on situation, come up with a plan. read more

My mother wanted to come in because they had a dog menu and was allegedly "dog friendly". When asked if we could sit they asked if we wanted to sit in the lounge, us thinking it would be a normal eating area. So we agreed. The waitress then was told to seat us and said "these people?", mind you we are all very Mexican looking and using that type of language becomes very exclusionary in a very predominantly white restaurant. She lead us to the lounge area with barely enough room for food or well arranged seating for eating. More people kept staring and it made my whole family uncomfortable. One of the best burgers I've had, meat was perfect, bacon and toppings were great but awful bun! Felt like it was from the clearance section at market basket! If they found a local baker to make them some real good burger buns they would be a home run. Service was great and the drinks were the biggest home run. So disappointed. We got seated right away. Servers were talking with each other at the service bar completely ignoring customers. I was wondering if any of them would acknowledge us. Finally a server came to us and we ordered drinks and an appetizer which arrived promptly. We ordered our meals and waited for them, a little longer than we expected. We had ordered an OG burger with onion rings, macaroni and cheese and a beer dog. The burger was ok, the hot dog had "beer cheese " topping which had been sitting too long as it had a film on the cheese. The "carmaral onions " had been sitting in the steam table way too long and made the bun fall apart as soon as I picked it up. The Mac and cheese was cool and congealed which made it all stick together and made it inedible. At this point we just wanted to leave. The loaded tots, the appetizer, was the only high light of our meal. The servers and bartenders never smiled and looked miserable. A little more of a welcoming attitude and working with a purpose would have made a difference. We were looking forward to going but will not go back. read more
