Very slow service when it did not appear to be busy. The server admitted they were new but I was surprised that they didn't have any training or shadowing. - Over 30 minutes between sitting down to ordering - No refills until I asked - Forgotten items, especially the soup we saw sitting at the kitchen window... - Failed to leave a pen with the bill (and it took over 5 minutes for the server to come back so we could have one) We constantly showed grace and still tipped 20%+, but the food wasn't worth the hassle

We went in for lunch I got the fish and chips The food was very hot and fresh the chips were super hot i always hate when the cook serves cold food as a result of waiting for something else to cook and let me tell you he timed everything perfectly. With that being said the food was probably average but the exceptional service and (hot) food goes a long way with me.also the prices were great. I would definitely recommend this place and one more thing this place is a definite sports bar the ambiance was casual and cool

DONT PAY WITH CASH THEY WONT GIVE YOU PROPER CHANGE. 15.90 bill paid a 20 they just gave me $4 back. Imagine she's taking change from everyone she serves everynight. Those type of people I don't respect and won't get a tip

My wife and I have enjoyed The Hideout for nearly a decade. The staff is always SUPER friendly and helpful, the prices are always reasonable, and the food is always good. Tonight we celebrated my wife's birthday with friends for the first time since Covid hit here. Josie and Kaitlyn were AMAZINGLY friendly, helpful, and attentive. A testament to the consistent quality of staff we've experienced. Thank you, Josie & Kaitlyn, for making the night that much better, and thank you, Hideout, for being such a consistently great neighborhood bar.

I've been coming to this little hidden gem for 6 years. The staff is amazing, the bar food is great, and drinks r consistently flowing.

I've been coming to this little gem for 6 years. The staff, food, and drinks are always on point. Coldest beers on tap.

This has been the spot to go to for the past 3 years. Staff now knows us and is very fast and friendly. Beer is cold, food is hot, and darts are always a good time. Anyone looking for an atmosphere where you can chill and have fun, this is the spot

I've had the patty melt, the blt, and the fish. I can't wait to try the chicken pot pie they make.

This was an amazing find and we had SUCH a good time here - amazing food, service and vibes all around (especially with a cool fountain out front!). We sat on their patio as it was such a nice day and our server, Paris, was SO attentive throughout our meal. Being on vacation, we started off with a mimosa bubbly bar and shortly after ordered our meals including: - Proper Breakfast (my order - was just the right amount and delicious bacon/chicken sausage!) - Chicken Sausage + Swiss Omelette - Cast Iron Steak + Eggs - Biscuits & Gravy - Peach Cobbler Baked Pancake (MASSIVE) - Eggs Benedict Everyone really enjoyed the meal and it is such a nice spot with indoor & outdoor seating! Would definitely recommend a visit, this was an easy spot to walk to and close to all the sport stadiums.

We ended the day at PARC -- and honestly, we couldn't have chosen better. The location on Woodward Avenue overlooking Campus Martius is stunning, and we arrived right at the start of spring with fresh tulips outside that made the whole scene feel even more special. I went straight for the Cracker Jack Old Fashioned -- caramel-infused bourbon with actual Cracker Jacks. Sounds fun, tastes incredible. One of the more creative cocktails I've had in a long time. The drink selection here is extensive and the bartenders clearly know what they're doing. For dinner I had a medium rare steak cooked to perfection with potatoes -- classic done right. We were a sharing kind of table and took bites of several other dishes. Everything was fresh, well-executed, and satisfying. San Pellegrino flowing, great conversation, great food. The service was the cherry on top -- knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely warm. Our waiter knew the menu cold and made the whole evening feel effortless. If you're visiting Detroit even for just a few hours, make time for PARC. It delivers across the board.

There was only two of us we set up near the bar at a high top. We were greeted by Erin, still with a smile but obviously she had been working extremely hard that day. She grabbed our beers and gave us a chance to take a look at the menu. When she came back, she told us up front that the kitchen was about an hour behind, and asked if we still wanted to order. I find this to be such an attribute to her being a server. I wanted to give a shout out to her because otherwise I would have probably been upset if she just kept making excuses. By her being up front, it made my experience at this restaurant so much better. Honesty is everything when it comes to service and she exceeded our expectations. She kept checking on us making sure that we were okay? It was totally understandable being mother's Day. Our food came and I tried the Korean turkey burger for the very first time and I'll tell you it was outstanding. I do not give five stars very often but all in all my experience with the staff, and the food. The five stars is well deserved.
