I was immediately concerned as housework is HARD, HARD work. But I was assured the team was fine and not tired. The house seemed clean when they left; however, I found two puddles of puddles of cat vomit were left - one behind a couch, the other under it. There was (I'll just say "material") left under the rim of one toilet. I had asked and was told they would honor my recycling policy, yet I could not find my garbage nor my recycling (I'll get back to this point) and, all my plastic bags, that had been saved in their own basket, had been put in yet another plastic bag and chucked into the garbage. So why was I looking for the recycling anyway? I noticed the dirty toilet early the next morning when I had bent over to flip my hair and thought 'sheesh, really?' and went to get my toilet brush that I kept in the plastic bucket that also held the recycling in the bathroom. Well, it was gone, tossed out... I keep the brush in the recycling bucket because I live in a small crowded house that demands compromises. The previous time they had come, I had mentioned to Maria's husband, Uriel, that these were not trash, please make sure they were not thrown away. Yes, I should have mentioned it again, but since I had not, I went to get it out of the recycling. It is not there. The previous time they cleaned, I had also asked them to honor my recycling policy. When I saw they had chucked all my garbage and recycling into their vehicle to remove from the property, I was a bit concerned but did not say anything. This time, Maria denied having taken the recycling with her, but - WHERE IS IT? Why is it not in the recycling container that goes out to the curb? So, the house is somewhat clean, my recycling is NOT where I asked for it to be put which is a problem because they threw away my toilet brush, which I now get to replace (yay), and have to spend precious time and more money to do that (yay). I am so relieved you could take stress off my plate. And they apparently remove garbage/recycling from your property. If I did not shred, I would be even more stressed about it... So for $24 per hour, they cleaned a kitchen (easiest task in the house), made up a bed (not put sheets on, just spread up the sheets, comforter, pillows), mopped a very dirty floor, dusted a fan, vacuumed (and managed to leave stuff behind, see pic), and cleaned two very small bathrooms. 5 man hours... Two rooms of the house were too cluttered to get to w/ laundry, office stuff... I have one word for this outfit - "Next".

They came to our apartment initially to help us get a more accurate quote/ estimate, free of charge. We had a pretty big 2 bed 2 bath with a balcony and I requested the balcony to be cleaned too. We were quoted at $250 + 20 for the balcony. They were very flexible and available when it came to scheduling, and they cleaned from 11:30am- 430pm. The place was spotless, I'm jealous that it was a move out cleaning because my place had never looked better. The people that move into this place are lucky (; The cleaning ended up being $300 total but was totally worth it. I've never seen a place so clean. I highly recommend these ladies above all, they are very kind, understanding, hard working, and they found so many belongings in the house that I didn't even know were there (or where they were), but thankfully was able to grab it. At 44p/hr per person with a 3 person team I'm flabbergasted that it took them hours to clean a newly remodeled home, not completely furnished, with no kids and only a small dog. The job completed was just barely better than what I do on my own and some products used actually destroyed the type of finishing I had in the bathrooms which I didn't notice until later than evening. I want to be clear that Special Ops provides a detailed list on their website of all services that are considered part of the deep clean. All of my complaints in this review are with the quality and fulfillment of services they directly state they offer. The job by the first crew could not be described as a general clean, let alone a deep clean. They left dirty cleaning supplies on the heirloom quilt made by my late grandmother. Most surfaces were still dirty to the touch. Entire rooms had been ignored. Less than half of the services advertised had been performed, and those that were done were largely inadequate. I sent a detailed email with pictures to management, asking for a refund. Dillon, the rep that I talked to, was very amicable and understanding. When I was informed that a full refund was not possible, I accepted the offer of a second cleaning crew. The second crew did a better job, but it was still incomplete. Only about 2/3s of the deep cleaning services on the company website were performed. The crew tried to leave without cleaning the office;. When I pointed out that several of the services and spots were missed (which, let me be clear, it sucked to have to be "that guy"), they grew frustrated and only addressed a few items before leaving. Mold is still present in multiple bathroom sink drains. The baseboards and walls were still dirty. The guest bath floor was not clean. Several surfaces were still sticky/gritty to the touch. After two "deep cleanings" from this company, several parts of the house remains not just messy, but unsanitary. Do not hire this company, full stop.
